Her TikTok bio emphasized to followers that her fashion videos are only posted “found by Amazon [that] I actually use it.”

On July 11, Gilson surprised her TikTok followers with a video about her “soon to be” ex-husband Duffey. The clip showed him sitting in front of a neutral background, as if filming an interview for a documentary or reality show.
“I'm getting ready for Netflix to release a documentary about my soon-to-be-husband, who I just found out is a rapist,” she wrote in the piece.

The video followed a popular viral trend but its shocking content quickly went viral. As of publication, the clip has received more than 830,000 “likes” and generated more than 25,000 comments.
Duffey never answered the allegations of his wife, whom he did not know before their death.
Sara Gilson Filed a Restraining Order against Shawn Duffey
The Oklahoman reports that Gilson filed for an emergency order of protection against Duffey in June 2026. As a result, Duffey was ordered to leave the family home and stay at least 100 yards away from Gilson until at least August 24.
According to Oulet, Gilson previously filed a restraining order against Duffey in 2021, though it was eventually dismissed because he did not pursue the matter.
Another woman filed a separate order of protection against Duffey in June 2026, on behalf of her daughter, a 15-year-old girl who allegedly played on a youth basketball team that Duffey coached, according to Duffey. People.

911 Dispatchers Reveal Shocking Information About Day of Alleged Shooting
Per Peopleemergency dispatchers reported hearing Gilson “screaming and crying” before he was found dead by police. A younger family member called 911 to report a home burglary.
“I'm trying to reach out [the caller] back, but I heard a woman behind me screaming and crying. Some kind of loud noise in the background,” the dispatcher relayed on the recording.
Moments later, the dispatcher said the situation involved “a man we were looking for a few weeks ago after he was caught kissing a young child” and pointing “at a gun.”

The estranged couple were found dead at the scene. A family member later told the police that he suspected the incident was a suicide.
The Owasso Police Department has not yet confirmed that the deaths were the result of a suicide attempt, but an ongoing investigation is ongoing, as of publication.
