George Kittle he admits that he was happy Taylor Swift again Travis KelceMadison Square Garden Wedding.
Appearing on the Thursday, July 23, episode of the “Unbuttoned” podcast, the San Francisco 49ers tight end revealed what it was like to attend the celebrity wedding of the year.
“Everything was great,” George, 32, said Chris Simms on the podcast. “I'm very happy.”
George attended the wedding with his wife, Claireand his parents, Bruce again Jan. Claire's mother Shelly he also received an invitation and attended the wedding after Swift and Kelce had formed a strong family relationship at Tight End University.
“Travis likes Bruce a lot, but the moms were invited because of Tight End U last year, where they were hanging out with Taylor for a long time, and he really liked them,” George explained. “So it was great to have fun as a family at Madison Square Garden.”
Swift and Kelce tied the knot at the iconic New York City venue on July 3, with a star-studded guest list.

Designed by Jonathan Anderson, Creative Director of Dior Women's, Men's and Haute Couture Collections, in close collaboration with the bride and groom,” a rep for Swift revealed in a press release at the time. “This is the designer's first wedding dress for a world-famous celebrity. [Both of] their shoes were by Christian Louboutin and the bride wore jewelry by Cartier.”

After Swift and Kelce said “I do,” George and Claire sent the newlyweds a personal congratulatory message on social media.
“It was a family affair. Congratulations on getting your exclamation point!” George and Claire wrote on Instagram on July 5. “JusT&T Married ❤️. We love you'all!”
Kittles' wedding tribute was a reference to Swift's comments about her now-husband during her first appearance on Kelce's “New Heights” podcast last year.
“Travis, you're a vibe inspiration in everyone's life,” Swift said on the August 2025 episode of the podcast while hugging Kelce. “You're like a human exclamation point. It's like you take a picture on your phone and press the 'enhance color' button, that's what you do with every text.”
