Which Stars Sold The Sunset, Are Not Returning For Season 10?

Netflix has confirmed the return of Selling Sunset in season 10 – and the cast is already saying who will – and won't – be back.
Season 9, which premiered in October 2025, left the future of the show unclear, as many central friendships were broken. Emma Hernan it wasn't close anymore Chrisshell Stause – or Chelsea Lazkani – because of her relationship with her current boyfriend Blake Davis.
Chrishell, on the other hand, got along well with Chelsea, who also distanced herself from him and the rest of the cast. Chelsea was the exact opposite Mary Bonnet again Bre Tiesi behind the individual conflicts addressed on the screen.

When asked about returning for another season of the reality series, Chrishell Stause seemed to hint that she is weighing her options.
“The encounter was very brutal. At that moment, I knew I would be done here going forward. I wish everyone the best but this is not my place. It felt like a bunch of dogs,” he said. Variety in October 2025. “I don't know when they're going to start filming. I hope they never tell me.”
He confirmed his exit after one month. “I've reached a point where I don't need this show financially. I'm lucky to find other types of work, because they're not good for my mental health anymore,” he said. It's crowded.
Us confirmed in March 2026 that Chrishell was “not coming back” after previously speaking of his need to step back.

Emma Hernan

During a special interview with Us in November 2025, Emma Hernan remained uncertain about her future with the show.
“It's one of those things that we'll see when the call comes.” But I'm really happy with my life right now, and it's been really peaceful. It's been a refreshing feeling to come together, because that's been so emotionally draining,” she explained. “I've really enjoyed my time on the East Coast. More time with my family, more time with Blake, and I can't photograph this moment again. I'm very happy with where things are, and we'll see what happens.”
Emma revealed that the “Sleep” podcast might be taking off, she said, “And I'm done. [after] season 8 and I'm back to tell my side of the story. I mean, I say … I click [out].”
Emma said she did not want to make an official statement. “I will never say that I will never say, I don't like that people say they will not participate in this program and then they do, I have heard many times when people say, 'I will never come back. And they come back every season,” he added. “A lot of people have done it and said that – I'm not saying names.”
He continued: “Actually, I've never said it but I'm in a situation where I'm very happy with my life, I love my family, I've been trying to spend more time with them, I enjoy being at home with my family and I've been on the East Coast a lot this year, which has been a good thing for me.”
It was confirmed in May 2026 that Emma will not return for season 10.
Chelsea Lazkani

While attending the 2025 National Television Awards, Chelsea Lazkani said she is “undecided” about returning for more seasons. Us it was specifically confirmed in March 2026 that, like Chrishell Stause and Nicole Young, Chelsea will not be back for another season.
Nicole Young

Season 9 featured Nicole Young being fired from the Oppenheim team, which she later claimed was for show.
“I'm still working at the Oppenheim Group. 'Fired' was an amazing storyline,” he wrote on Instagram in October 2025. “I didn't wish it [it] I even saw the episode where the actors were told to let me go.”
Nicole then hinted that she might return for season 10, telling Netflix's Tudum, “My first priority would be Nashville, but it wouldn't be saying goodbye to LA real estate.”

Bre Tiesi

Bre Tiesi will probably return in season 10 but he has not confirmed or denied anything yet.
Alana Gold

After joining the show one season ago, Alanna Gold was largely absent from many scenes of season 9 and later confirmed her exit.
Sandra Vergara

Sofia VergaraSandra Vergara's sister suggested Us that he wanted an opportunity to share more of his side of the story after joining season 9 later.
“I came in the middle of the season. So, I wish I had been introduced earlier,” he said Us in October 2025. “I'm not from that world and I'm a big person, but these people had a lot of history with each other. You have to navigate [a lot]. At first, I didn't want to watch the show because I wanted to express myself. But then I'm like, 'F*** it. I'm going to watch the show.'”
He continued: “I watched it and I understand why certain people are angry with certain people. For me, everything is unnecessary. It's small things, and why is that the reason for the ongoing conflict? Don't make something more than it really is.
It was later confirmed that Sandra would not be returning.
