Tulsi Gabbard accuses officials of Trump fraud

NEWNow you can listen to Fox News articles!
Recently declassified documents prove that the first impeachment of President Donald Trump in 2019-2020 was a carefully planned fraud.
All this was put together by “deep state actors” who hated Trump within the intelligence community who secretly conspired with Democrats in Congress to remove Trump from office and destroy the will of the American people who put him there.
Shocking evidence was released on Monday, April 13 by the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard. On Wednesday, he sent criminal complaints to the Department of Justice (DOJ) against two key figures behind the prosecution, accusing them of conspiracy.
The first is Michael Atkinson, who served as the inspector general (IG) of the Intelligence Community during the hearings, and the nurse who formally filed a complaint about Trump's July 2019 phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
GABBARD WANTS 'MORE EFFORT' BY INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY TO DEVELOP NEXT WHY TRUMP

The identity of the whistle-blower – a CIA analyst and a registered Democrat – has not been officially disclosed, which makes absolutely no sense. He has no right to hide in the shadows of anonymity. By law, only the IG can refuse to release his name. But this doesn't work for anyone else. Gabbard should identify him, especially since he no longer works in intelligence.
Moreover, the so-called “instigator” was not a whistleblower at all, as I explained repeatedly in a series of columns seven years ago during Trump's impeachment. The complaint he filed against the president never had a valid complaint under the whistleblower law. It does not meet the two necessary conditions set out in the law.
That is, the alleged misconduct must involve intelligence work, and must be committed by a member of the intelligence community. The president is not a member of the intelligence community and never has been. Under Article II of the Constitution, the chief executive has broad powers to manage foreign affairs, negotiate with foreign leaders and make requests or request information.
NEW SCHIFF LEAK CLAIM FROM WHISTLEBLOWER CONTINUES YEARS OF SIMILAR ALLEGATIONS
That is exactly what Trump did in his interview with Zelenskyy. He suggested that the leader investigate Hunter Biden's lucrative business deals with the Ukrainian natural gas company, Burisma Holdings, and President Joe Biden's boast on camera when he threatened to withhold $1 billion of American taxpayer funds unless the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma and Hunter Biden was fired. It seemed like an obvious and corrupt “quid pro quo” to protect his son and keep the Biden family train moving. It hit again.
There was nothing wrong with Trump's phone conversation as young Biden was already the subject of a DOJ criminal investigation into his highly suspicious international business dealings. Trump's request was reasonable and not at all unusual. Other presidents have done the same thing.
Our Department of Justice has enlisted foreign assistance in many cases over the years. Presidents sometimes participate. It was ridiculous for the Democrats to declare that this conversation was an innocent crime. However, they do so with enthusiasm.

They deliberately exploited a fake spokesperson who knew nothing about the phone conversation. He did not listen or read its text. He just heard from someone else. The Constitution does not grant the power to review or impeach unelected officials under the highest authority in the US government, the president.
Also, I wrote about this as the impeachment saga unfolded in 2019:

“So what should we call a fake “whistleblower”? It's more accurate to describe him as an undercover person working as a Democratic Party scrutinizing President Trump by gathering information aimed at damaging him.

Furthermore, there is mounting evidence that the whistleblower was aided and abetted by someone other than Schiff and/or Schiff's staff to create a pretext to impeach the president.
Indeed, Gabbard's never-before-seen writings confirm it. The former whistleblower eventually admitted that he was a member of a group that “worked closely with Vice President Biden” and “went with Biden to Ukraine.” In other words, when Trump became president, the analyst seems to be ingrained like a “mole” and was instrumental in initiating the impeachment.
Equally shocking is the alleged role played by Atkinson, who was supposed to remain a neutral inspector general. However, records show that he attested to the credibility of this fake report knowing full well that he had included false information in his complaint. “I also want to make it clear that I have never thought that the person who is telling his stories is politically biased,” he said while testifying.

The identity of the whistle-blower – a CIA analyst and a registered Democrat – has not been officially disclosed, which makes absolutely no sense.
Atkinson was tasked with throwing the garbage complaint in the nearest garbage disposal. The DOJ's Office of Legal Counsel has declared that it is so lacking that Congress should not be notified. Instead, IG does the opposite. He called the complaint an “urgent concern” when it is not and used it as an anti-Trump move, pushing forward with impeachment.
Worse still, evidence of speculation that could benefit Trump has been deliberately withheld from Congress, the American people and the president's defense team. It was hidden under the label “classified.” No one was ever told of the CIA analyst's deep bias, political motivations, or his critical admission that “I have no direct knowledge of the President's private comments or communications.”
House Intelligence Committee Chairman Democrat Adam Schiff knew all about the leaked evidence but hid it. On the sly, the analyst worked with Schiff's staff before the report was filed. Trump was being established.
Publicly, Schiff insisted that he never knew the man's name and “we never spoke directly to the caller.” When that was shown to be untrue, Schiff tried to take it back. Documents show the analyst also lied to Atkinson. He later apologized for selling the same deception as Schiff. Surprisingly, the apology itself was hidden.
Gabbard accused Atkinson of ignoring the DOJ's directive, exceeding her statutory authority and undermining the established whistle-blowing process. “Inspector General Atkinson failed to uphold his responsibility to the American people, putting political reasons over truth.”
The inescapable conclusion to be drawn from the newly released documents is that Trump was framed. Elements within the intelligence community, including Atkinson and the informant, created a conspiracy that was used as a basis to impeach President Trump, Gabbard said.

Democrats like Schiff knew it was completely bogus but didn't care. Their goal, as always, was to destroy Trump and get him out of office.

The Justice Department, which relied on Gabbard's criminal referrals, should conduct a thorough investigation. Possible charges may include false statements, perjury, obstruction and conspiracy to defraud the government. Those who commit a false crime must answer in the court of law.
Trump, of course, survived the ordeal of impeachment. History books should be honest and call it farce.
