Tom Brady, Bridget Moynahan reunited for her son Jack's high school graduation

Tom Brady reunited with his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan to attend their son Jack's high school graduation.
The former athlete and actress shared pictures on their Instagram pages of the big day.
Brady posted a carousel of photos – one featuring himself posing with Jack and Moynahan.
She also wrote a long heartfelt note about her son supporting the Instagram carousel.

Brady wrote: “One of the proudest days of my life, watching Jack walk across the stage, and complete the next chapter of what has already been an impressive life. He is an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend among many other things.”
“What makes me so happy is knowing who you are when no one is watching. The way you show yourself to your friends. The way you check on people who are having a hard day. The love you give to our family, and the fact that you still allow me to win 1v1 every time,” he continued.
“This is not the end. This is the beginning. Whatever you pursue next, we know you will find success. Take risks. Be kind. Be yourself. And know that your family and friends are always following you and are very happy because you do the same for everyone! We love you,” he finished.

Moynahan also posted a photo with Jack and Brady on his carousel, with the caption: “So proud of our boy Jack. We're all excited to see what he does next! @tombrady @andrewyse.”
Brady and Moynahan dated in 2004 and split in 2006.
Brady began dating supermodel Gisele Bunchen in January 2007.
In February 2007, Moynahan announced that she was three months pregnant with her child.

Moynahan gave birth to a son, Jack, in August 2007.

The actress is now married to Andrew Frankel, a businessman; they got married in October 2015.
Brady and Bundchen married in 2009, welcoming son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vivian, 13.
