Abraham 'Hammer' Perez Defeated Jonathan 'Bomba' Gonzalez!

In the main event, Perez improved to 15-0 (7 KOs) with a split decision victory over Gonzalez, who fell to 29-5-1 (14 KOs), following 12 rounds of competition.
Gonzalez had the edge in the opening round, and Perez responded by taking the second. Perez began to take control during the middle rounds, knocking Gonzalez out from the fourth through the sixth.
In the seventh round, Gonzalez landed a hook to the body, but Perez responded with combinations of his own to secure another round. From the eighth to the tenth, Perez's superior hand speed continued to make the difference as swelling developed under Gonzalez's right eye.
Perez kept up the momentum in the eleventh round, knocking Gonzalez out again. The twelfth and final round was the most competitive of the fight, but Perez seemed to do enough to close out the match with a bang.
The judges scored it 115-113 for Gonzalez and 115-113 twice for Perez.

In the main event, WBO No. 8 ranked lightweight Joshua “Double J” Pagan improved to 16-0 (5 KOs) with a unanimous decision win over Rodolfo Bustamante, who dropped to 23-2-1 (13 KOs), after 10 rounds.
Pagan dominated the opening two rounds with his career high. In the third round, he landed several unanswered punches before Bustamante connected with a right hand late in the frame. Pagan had a strong fourth round, constantly taking out Bustamante and hurting him in the last minute.
Pagani continued to dictate the pace in the fifth round, finishing with a powerful offensive burst. In the closing seconds of the seventh, Pagan got four punches while Bustamante responded with several missed attempts. Bustamante was hit above his left eyebrow in the eighth round.
Bustamante enjoyed his best win in the ninth as the Pagani took a defensive approach. However, the Pagans finished strongly in the tenth and final round to seal the win.
The judges scored the fight 99-91, 100-90, and 98-92.

WBO NABO middleweight champion Troy “Transformer” Isley improved to 16-0 (6 KOs), stopping Leonardo Di Stefano, 17-8 (14 KOs), in the fifth round of their scheduled 10-round fight.
Featherweight Shannel “The Sniper” Butler, 7-0 (3 KOs), was scheduled to face Mayerlin “La Monita” Rivas, 17-6-3 (11 KOs), in an eight-round bout.
Bryant “By-By” Jennings, 26-4 (15 KOs), former IBF International and WBO NABO champion, is scheduled to meet Robert Sims, 12-6-1 (3 KOs), 12-6-1 (3 KOs), in an eight-round fight.
Super welterweight Jaquan “King Quan” McElroy improved to 7-0 (2 KOs) with a unanimous decision win over Damian Munoz, who lost 4-3 (2 KOs), after six rounds.
McElroy showed some impressive versatility in the opening round against the tall Munoz. He used Munoz in the second round before landing a right hand to the chin in the final minute. McElroy maintained control in the third round.
In the fourth round, McElroy successfully fought off the ropes, landing a series of punches to both the head and body. In the fifth round, he connected with several punches that drew blood from Munoz's nose.
McElroy dominated most of the sixth and final round before Munoz landed a right hand with a minute left. McElroy closed out strong to secure the win.
All three judges scored the contest 60-54.

Heavyweight southpaw Sardius Simmons improved to 9-0 (5 KOs) by defeating Walter Burns, 8-4 (6 KOs), in their scheduled six-round bout.
Bantamweight Caleb Tirado improved to 2-0 (1 KO) with a decision win over Osmar Rodriguez, who lost 6-7 (2 KOs), after six rounds of competition.
Tirado switched to southpaw during the opening two rounds and gained a slight advantage in the spirited contest. In the third round, he used his movement effectively as he continued to work over Rodriguez, who had never been stopped.
Rodriguez enjoyed a strong fourth round, defeating Tirado. Tirado regained control in the fifth, using his foot and hand speed to take the round.
The sixth and final round was very competitive, but Tirado seemed to do enough to secure the decision.
The judges scored 58-55 and 58-56 twice.
