The Young and the Restless Next Week: Cane's Arrest & Matt's Deadly New Plan!

The Young and the Restless spoilers for next week on the CBS soap, including Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) being arrested, and we're expecting a few more arrests before the week is out. Also, Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) has a new murder plan to bring to Genoa City.

We'll also talk about how Victor Newman's (Eric Braeden) plans could literally kill Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore). Also, crazy Patty pushes Victor and Diane Jenkins Abbott's (Susan Walters) buttons.

Patty Williams Causes Trouble for the Young and the Restless

So, first, let's talk about Genoa City's newest nutcase, Patty Williams. And last week, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) had a very unpleasant encounter with Patty, who was yelling at him about her and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). And you know, Patty thinks they're together. Meanwhile, Jack was getting some memories of their time on the boat in his mind.

So, he remembered trying to play Patty while they were on the boat. You know, Jack was thinking when he said he would kiss her when he visited her. And he thinks he can change Patty to be loyal to him in order to get payback for Victor. Cause let's be honest, Patty could cause a lot of trouble for Victor if Jack can convince her to testify against Victor in the case of his kidnapping.

IY&R Spoilers: Diane and Victor are Upset

So, next week, we have Diane and Victor sitting in a bar GCAC. I don't know if they went together or if they just ended up there, holding their spouses. Then Patty moves and says hello and asks them if this day could be any better. I think Victor underestimates the risk Patty puts him in as long as he's in Genoa City because Victor already reminded Patty, don't tell anyone they work together when he gave her that big bag of money as a payment to break up Jack and Diane's marriage.

More Arrests Coming to the Young and the Restless

Now, let's talk about Victor's other adventures and the one arrest we know for sure is coming, but maybe even three arrests. So, at the end of this week, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) met with Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) because Phyllis expected Michael to be her lawyer in case Christine Williams Romalotti (Lauralee Bell) decided to prosecute him using false evidence. Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Victor also discuss her threat to Michael. He better not represent Phyllis. But that's exactly what Lauren expects him to do, and his wife wants him to end his relationship with Victor once and for all.

So, Michael warned Phyllis that Victor would put her in jail. He will not stop. Phyllis knows that the evidence is false and tells Christine that what they are arguing against her is false. And the problem is that Cricket has told Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) that no matter what happens, he has to process the evidence.

So, Victoria sent a bunch of fake emails to Christine, who asked Victoria if she was aware that other people were going down with Phyllis, including her ex-husband, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), who is the father of her children. And Victoria's attitude was, “Well, that's Billy's problem.” So, Victoria lied and told Christine that they found false evidence Councillor servers.

Lily Panics on Y&R

So, next week onwards The Young and the RestlessLily Winters (Christel Khalil) is horrified when the police handcuff Cane Ashby GCAC, and Christine is there to oversee the arrest in person. Cane must head to New York to donate bone marrow to save Malcolm's life. So, Lily is obsessed with how this can't happen. And Cane swears to Lily that Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan), his lawyer, will bail him out and will make sure he gets to New York in time to donate to save Malcolm.

With Cane being arrested, I suspect that means Billy, who is newly married to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), will likely be arrested as well. And if they go down, it's possible that Phyllis will be arrested too, which will upset Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) and possibly his father, Danny.

I'm curious if Amanda made a backup of the AI ​​data before she deleted it. Remember Cane told him to move it and at that time, Phyllis, you know, had moved the supplies, but Amanda was in charge of moving the AI. So, he might have evidence against Victor because honestly, the man needs a big slap from karma for all he's done.

So, we got one confirmed arrest, probably more than that. And with Malcolm's life on the line, I wonder if Victoria will show any humanity at all and disapprove of her father. I doubt it. But Johnny and Katie may not be happy about him. I also wonder if Sally's pregnancy is causing Victoria a problem of conscience.

Matt Clark's New Murder Show on Young and the Restless

Now let's talk about Matt Clark's new killer show. So, it turns out that Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) thought she killed Matt, but she didn't do the job. But, hey, give it an old college try, right? At the end of this week, Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) asks Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) to try to get Sienna to tell her what happened with Matt. Because it looks like Sienna is freaking out. He closes. He is afraid that he will be arrested for killing Matt.

And Noah promises that it will not happen. Then Sharon questions Sienna, who says she tried to talk to Matt about hurting the Newmans. She was trying to talk him out of blowing up the gas station, but he did. And Sienna cursed, blacked out, and the next thing she knew, Matt was lying on the floor, motionless.

And Sienna swears that Matt was really dead. Apparently, he did. But Sharon insists that Matt is not dead yet. So, no one found the body. So, Sienna screams at the end of this week, insisting that Matt is dead. And because he's confused, Sharon can't get any more information from him.

Y&R Spoilers: Nick's in trouble

Also, on Friday, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) admitted to Victor that he was hooked on fentanyl. And Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) says that Nick has been going to meetings. They all seemed to think, “Oh, you've got this. You'll be fine.” No one, not Victor and not Adam, has so far said that Nick needs rehabilitation. So, I think that the addiction story happened. You don't just stop being addicted to cocaine and fentanyl like it's nothing. So, it's possible that Matt still can't see what he wants, which is Nick even deeper into addiction.

Meanwhile, on Friday's episode, Matt woke up in the desert with a bloody head wound. And the week of May 4 to 8 onwards The Young and the Restlesswe have Sienna's toxic husband crawling out of the sand and into the restaurant. And Matt asked the waiter how far is this place?

And he shows the girl a card from GCAC. So, that means Matt is about to enter Genoa City. And I'm sure his plan is to kill his wife Sienna by almost killing her. I bet Matt's new kill plan is the same as his old kill plan and includes killing Noah. And that means Sharon and Nick and Adam also need to be careful, maybe Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and maybe Victor needs to be worried too. So, Matt will be in town soon wreaking havoc as we move deeper into May's sweep.

I will say that the Newmans may suspect that Sienna lied about killing Matt, but at this point I tend to think that she really believes that she did, but was just shy and in denial. So, Y&R it gets worse next week and the second full week of May sweeps the arrested people and not the dead crawling back into town.
