The Young and the Restless: Adam Risks Everything for Sally – Victor Usnap Perfectly!

The Young and the Restless followers. We saw Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) try to make a deal with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) this week, and the big question is, why would Adam risk everything for his ex?

This is a game changer given how Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) behaves throughout Newman Media thing. Adam wants to protect Sally from Victor. But Sally warned Adam that it might blow up in his face, and Sally is right, but not careful enough. We'll talk about how Adam's scheme could get him back on Victor's bad side and what's next.

The Young and the Restless: Sally Dumped with Adam's Help

So, earlier this week, Adam approached Sally about the offer he and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) are selling. Newman Media return to the Conqueror. They did so and he told Sally he would think about it. So, you subconsciously think that Victor might be really considering you, but he isn't. And Adam told Sally that. Then Adam asks why Sally would even consider selling out to Victor when she was so determined to fight for his company in the first place. So Sally confesses to Adam that she and Audra realize that they are not like Victor. So Sally and Audra decide to avoid trouble and give Victor what he wants at a fair price.

While Adam thinks Sally's feelings are obvious, Adam also warns Sally that there is no way Victor will ever accept that contract. Adam is sure that Victor will not give back what he took. He wants to take it back so he can rip it out of Sally and cause pain while he does it. And Adam doesn't want that for Sally. And, Adam just doesn't know that Victor won't buy again Newman Mediabut he will try to destroy Sally's company.

And he didn't pay attention when Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam tried to talk to Victor because Sally is pregnant and they don't want him to stress. He doesn't want to give up his company for nothing. But Victor doesn't care that Sally didn't steal Newman Media. He did not do this. Hey, he didn't want it. But Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) insisted and he was the one who put it in AbbottComwhich then happened Spectra Charles. So, Victor blindly pursues revenge as usual.

Y&R: Adam's secret party and Victor's revenge

So, that's when Adam tells Sally his big idea, and he thinks that this will give Victor what he wants, but also not leave Sally with nothing. And Adam's plan would allow Sally and Audra to avoid a fight. So, Adam proposed that he would buy Newman Media from Sally, but she will do it secretly and behind Victor's back. So, in that way, what will Sally get? Newman Media it is worth it, and he will not lose it in vain. And Victor will feel like he won since he won't know that Adam paid Sally under the table out of his own pocket.

So, Sally was really shocked that Adam would go after Victor like this. He always doubts that he will stand up to his father because he has been there for a long time. He has done that. He is holding a t-shirt. Sally knows how hard Adam worked to gain Victor's approval and acceptance. And Sally had no reason to trust Adam. And Sally doesn't want to owe Adam anything.

The Young and the Restless: Adam's Choice of Sally Over Victor

So, he told Sally that after everything he's done, Victor hasn't given him anything Newman Enterprises. Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) runs it and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) has a job waiting for him once he's clean and sober from his addiction. But Adam doesn't have a seat at the table. And the only way he's going to find out is to have Victor attack Sally for stealing the company from him.

And it's true that Adam and Chelsea would love to have it Newman Media back, but not at the cost of destroying Sally. Both Adam and Chelsea are very careful not to put Sally under stress that could cause pregnancy complications or miscarriage. As for Victor, I honestly think that might be what he really wants.

Not that he just doesn't care. He may want this because he knows that Sally is carrying Billy's child. And Victor hates Billy more than he hates Matt, more than he hates Jack, more than anyone. I think so. Victor may be trying to cause trouble so that Billy doesn't have a baby with Sally. I don't care about the winner. He might think it would do Sally a favor to not be bound for life to Billy.

Therefore, Adam also promised Sally that Victor would not know about their secret agreement. Adam said that only he, Chelsea, and Sally would know and possibly his partner Audra too. And Adam is sure Victor won't get that. But Sally is skeptical, understandably so.

And although he doesn't want to owe Adam anything, he tells Sally that if they make this deal, it has nothing to do with owing him. Adam says he will always owe Sally, not the other way around. Adam hates how things ended between them and between him and Sally because he cheated on her and Chelsea.

And Adam hates that he hurt Sally back then and he doesn't want her to be hurt by Conqueror. Now, he's trying to protect Sally and make amends, but he thinks it's inevitable that Victor will find out because he always does. And Sally warned Adam if he goes behind his father like this, it will cause a big conflict between him and Victor. So, Sally wanted to know if Adam was ready for that. Now, he says he is, but it's because he really thinks for some reason that he can get over this with Victor.

Y&R: Adam Tries to Manipulate Victor

The Young and the Restless Thursday spoilers have Chelsea and Adam making moves to please Victor. So, at that point, Sally might have agreed to make Adam's deal because it's her best and only option since Victor won't make a deal with her. Then Adam and Chelsea will tell Victor, “Okay, we're going to take the company away from him. You don't have to do it. We will.”

And even if Victor believes that Adam rapped Newman Media back to him, that may not be enough for the Conqueror. He might tell Adam that he's still going to destroy Sally anyway as a slap in the face to Billy. And if Victor finds out that Sally got a lead date from Adam, which seems inevitable, then I think Victor will have to deal with targeting Sally again while criticizing Adam. I saw Victor asking Sally to give him the money Adam paid him Newman Media.

The Young and the Restless: Victor is as brutal as they come

We all know how cruel and cruel Victor is. And surely it will be noted that Adam betrayed him. All the progress he made with Victor, you know, when Adam is now fully integrated into the family and accepted by his siblings and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). All that can be wasted and put aside because Victor will be angry with him.

I will say that Nick will probably be on Adam's side. He doesn't want Sally to get hurt either. But Victoria, as usual, was going to be on dad's side. And even with Victor targeting Sally anyway, we saw a return to the good old days when Victor and Adam were at war and they were targeting each other because that was high drama.

I also expect that we will see Sally have pregnancy complications caused by stress over Victor. I think that might bother some people in Newman, including Nikki. But we all know that Victor wouldn't care if Sally and her baby both died because Victor is evil. And at this point, he's not redeemable and it's all down to bad writing.

The Young and the Restless: Jill Stops Victor?

However, once Adam's devious plan is discovered by Victor, because I'm sure if he keeps coming to Sally, we saw Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) intervene because that's his future daughter-in-law who is carrying his grandson. And I think he can strengthen Victor. You will never know. Jill may have all kinds of dirt on Victor.

And of course, Billy won't be happy that Sally cut a deal with Adam and won't trust you. And then if Victor goes after Sally definitely and definitely, you know, Billy will probably blame Adam, especially if something happens with her pregnancy. Meanwhile, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) tries to get the DA to give Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) a deal to answer for Victor.

So, maybe that will work out and Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) will get the goods to arrest Victor before he does more damage to Sally. So we will see. But the bottom line is that Adam risks everything for Sally. But at least he's not doing it behind Chelsea's back.
