Star Wars Deleted Scene Worse Than Anything AI Could Come Up With

If you're really hungry for new Star Wars content, you don't need to rely on Disney+. Instead, all you have to do is pull out your old Blu-rays and check out the special features. There, you will find deleted scenes that may completely change the way you see the movie. For example, in 2005 Sithi's Revenge It might be a funny movie, but it removed the scenes with Genevieve O'Reilly killing it as Mon Mothma for about two. decades before he played the character Andor. Of course, the movie also has a deleted scene that will remind you how crazy George Lucas is indeed is something.
This deleted scene has been making the rounds on social media lately, and most viewers have the same question: “is this AI?” The answer is no, this scene is very real, but it involves the most famous artificial intelligence in a galaxy far, far away: droids. In this scene, we see Anakin and Obi-Wan talking in droid language, and Anakin repeatedly speaks droid language, complete with beeps and boops. It is (and I do not say this lightly) one of the stupid things in Star Wars history. However, ironically, this scene plays a major role in some of the franchise's most forgotten elements.
The Dumbest Star Wars Deleted Scene
Deleted Sithi's Revenge the scene takes place at the beginning of the film, when Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker board General Grievous' ship to rescue Chancellor Palpatine. They communicate with R2-D2, but Anakin's translator breaks. He asks his mentor if he can understand what the astromech is saying, and Obi-Wan responds by reminding his former padawan, “I'm not a protocol droid.” Anakin then tries to translate part of what R2 said, complete with droid noises. He does so again when Obi-Wan corrects him about the explanation (ie, that the droid wants them to leave. upnot down).
The situation is incredibly absurd. It wouldn't be so crazy about Anakin Skywalker just to know what R2-D2 said. At different points in the franchise, we've seen characters like Luke Skywalker, Poe Dameron, and Rey understand the binary language of droids without the use of a translator or protocol droid. But actually having Anakin speak that language out loudwith full robot flexibility, it's crazy. It is possible or anyone do this (kind of like how Han Solo learned to speak Wookie), or is this a Jedi thing? If nothing else, this scene is fun because it sounds like Anakin is cursing, and his foul language is bleeped (or should we say beep?) out.
Did Obi-Wan Use DuoLingo?

Stupid like this Sithi's Revenge the deleted scene, however, plays an important role in the lore. For example, many fans think that Obi-Wan Kenobi can understand what R2-D2 is saying A New Hope because he talks to the droid through chat and finds Princess Leia's hidden message easily, probably because R2 told him what to do. If that's true, then it's a testament to incredible character development. Obi-Wan could not speak binary (droid language) in Sithi's Revengebut he may have found time to do so while watching young Luke Skywalker (after all, he doesn't have much to do on Tatooine).
Additionally, Anakin in this deleted scene is similar to his later portrayal The Clone Wars cartoon. Over the years, some fans have felt that there are two different Anakins: the brooding, futuristic Vader of the prequels and the quirky, young Jedi hero of the cartoon. Here, we see that these two Anakins are the same, and the same guy who would be slaughtering children at the end of the movie makes a robot impression at the beginning.

This isn't the most important deleted scene in Star Wars history, but it might be the weirdest. It shows us a different side of Anakin Skywalker while also injecting some side humor into a very serious film. In its own way, this scene also foreshadows Anakin's future transformation into Darth Vader because (based on the goofy beeps and boops) he was apparently “more machine than man”. long before his battle with Obi-Wan Kenobi.
