It took a few hours after they came out Love Island USA for Parmida Keshani to complain that Corbin Mims I would not sleep with him.
The Saturday, July 10, episode of the Aftersun special showed photos of Parmida and Corbin in a car after they were evicted from the villa. They admitted that they were afraid of what being in the real world would mean for their relationship.
“The same worries you have about me – distractions and not trusting anyone right now – because we were only in the same category [relationship],” Corbin told him of his concern.
However, Parmida was confused by not trusting him.
“It's not enough for me to tell you that I'm 27 years old and I've been a rapper and I've been with musicians and athletes,” he said. “I've traveled everywhere. I've had everyone's attention. I'm a known king in my town. Isn't that enough for you?”
Corbin confirmed that wasn't enough, adding, “I let people in your position who are still confused. So I have to see for myself when we're outside of these real life situations. You just have to understand that where I'm coming from.”
The next morning, Parmida complained about their night together.
“It was our first night together in the villa together,” he told the producers. The power was there for me. But he was really tired and it pissed me off.
Parmida said she “wanted intimacy” while Corbin interjected, “We were there but she wanted more.”
After the duo sat with the hosts Ciara Miller again Tefi Pessoathey were asked on their first night.
“I just need to get some sleep,” he said before Parmida added, “Time doesn't matter. I can sing no matter what time it is.”
In the past, the two were accused of having sex before they were voted in. On the July 3 episode of the hit show Peacock, each couple had to pick two pairs that didn't match. Kenzie and Dylan questioned Parmida's connection to Corbin after hearing him give physical compliments to his partner.
Kenzie specifically said that Corbin and Parmida were in a “passionate relationship,” Parmida saying, “I don't agree at all. If you're on the outside, it might look that way to you because we're both super cute and we're both working out.”
Some of the other couples laughed as Corbin and Parmida continued to defend themselves.
“We know that,” we said. “You haven't seen that because you're not in our discussions.”
Love Island USA ends on Sunday, July 12, with Peacock.
