Has A Neglected TV Show Already Ruined The Third Superman Movie?

Part of why James Gunn Superman it was a great film that was an independent journey that still planted interesting seeds for future projects. One of those seeds was the surprise appearance of the party-loving Supergirl, which earned her her own solo movie. The arrest of Lex Luthor, on the other hand, featured his fun cameo The maker of peace and his appearance in the future in Superman: The Man of Tomorrow. We also saw the evil clone of Superman disappear into a black hole, which some fans saw as the end of his story. However, many others are convinced that this makes him the Big Bad of a future DCU movie.
For example, it is possible that the clone ended up in a different location. That universe might be the DCU's version of Earth 2, a world ruled by the evil Justice League. If so, the clone may reappear as Ultraman, who is the leader of that evil faction in the comics. However, there is a different theory: based on his dress in Supermanthis character may reappear as Doomsday, a villain capable of killing Superman directly. Cool theory, but if James Gunn chooses to go this route, audiences won't be impressed. Why is that? It's simple: this plot just appeared in the TV show Superman & Lois!
Attack of the Clones

At the beginning of the entry Supermanwe find out that our esteemed hero has, shockingly, been kicked by a guy called “the hammer of Boravia.” Who really could go toe to toe with the Man of Steel? Finally, we learn a surprising truth: The Hammer of Boravia is actually Lex Luthor's pet Superman, who can be given remote commands during battle. It seems that the clone may beat Superman towards the end, but is thrown into a black hole. But fans have long suspected that he may have ended up somewhere in the multiverse, especially in the background The maker of peace confirmed the existence of other facts.
Another theory is that he ended up on Earth 2, where he would eventually lead the evil Justice League. However, some fans are of the opinion that he may return as Doomsday. While the clone doesn't have Doomsday's stony face, he does he did wear a suit and mask very similar to what Doomsday wore in the comics, right down to the goggles. While this can be great on screen, it can also be more than a little off. In Superman & LoisBizarro was an evil Superman character that Lex Luthor turned into Doomsday. If this happens in the DCU, it may cause some fans to worry that James Gunn is officially out of ideas.
A classic comic book villain returns

Obviously, all new comic book media borrows from what came before, so the DCU was always intended to have some similarities to previous DC media. However, a large part of the success of this cinematic universe has been surprising us with our favorite characters who are very different from their previous appearances on the screen. Superman & Lois it was a great show, all DC fans are obligated to watch it. But if Gunn ends up stealing the idea of a plan to turn an evil Superman clone into Doomsday, future DCU movies could explode Supergirl he did. After all, why go to the theater for a “new” story when you can just watch the reruns they stole?
Obviously, we don't know what the future holds (if anything) for this evil Superman clone. If he does return as Doomsday, Ultraman, or as himself, it won't be until a third Superman movie comes too soon. Yes, we'll be lucky to have the DCU then; with Supergirl being a critical and commercial flop, Warner Bros. may rethink its approach for upcoming superhero movies. That may mean finding a new leader to bring this world of cinema to life. Who will it be? One thing is certain: it will not be a clone (bad or otherwise) of James Gunn!
