General Hospital 2-Week Spoilers for May 18-29, 2026 see Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) struggle to find Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) so Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) doesn't break up. In addition, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) would take a really big gamble to protect her son.
We will also see some consultants caught in Wyndemere, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Brayden Bruner) having a complete breakdown and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) facing the music for brutally beating Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) with many witnesses watching. Let's jump into it.
General Hospital Spoilers for Monday, May 18th – Ava Nina Questions
On Monday, May 18, Ava wants to know why Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is so close to Brennan all of a sudden. So, it looks like Nina is with Ava and she tells her that she was waking up General Hospital I'm looking for Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), but the question is how much Nina will reveal to Ava. Also, Joss finds something unpleasant and Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) tells Josslyn that she's not going anywhere and tells her we'll see.
Cassius thinks he's keeping her safe by having her there under the radar. But when Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) realizes that Cassius is with Joss, they'll want to know why, and he might be dead meat. Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) questions Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) about what's going on with her and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). And I wonder if Justine will tell Jordan that they are sneaking around and dating each other. He had ink but didn't know all the deets. I also wonder if Jordan is pressuring Justine about Isaiah.
GH Spoilers: Laura Delivers a Disappointing Update on Anna
Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) has an update on Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) for Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). And Laura tells them that she's afraid Anna is in more trouble than they thought, which is too bad since she's already in bad trouble. We should be getting new scenes with Finola Hughes soon. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) calls out to Curtis as she looks after her injured boyfriend and Isaiah. He is in pain.
It looks like someone is calling the police because a new detective, Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett), shows up and makes an arrest. For what many people see as an attack, Curtis is done unless Isaiah decides on the spot not to press charges, which I doubt. The question is, you know it's obvious why he didn't file a case against him if Curtis opened a conspiracy against him for something he didn't do?
Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) brings Emma her favorite cake to give to Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) to thank him for the trip to New York. And Felicia also thanks Gio, but Emma accidentally breaks the cup she made for Anna when she was 10. And Emma is worried because it was Anna's favorite. But all this is clear about Emma who has lost her grandmother Anna very much. And we'll see Emma talking to Felicia and telling her that she thinks there's something wrong with her. Meanwhile, Gio is with Sonny and tells him that he should tell Gio, I told you.
General Hospital Spoilers for Tuesday, May 19th – Valentin Regroups & Emma Distraught
Tuesday, May 19, Valentin has a new idea. He may be throwing a new plan at Carly on how to find Josslyn since Jack is still confused and can't give them answers. And even if he wakes up, we know he doesn't have it since he didn't put Joss anywhere. Rocco Falconeri's (Finn Carr) frustration is building. He is worried about Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke). He is worried about Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
Everything is too big. Rocco threatens to take them out if they try to go to Wyndemere, but it looks like they'll follow him. Gio is very supportive of Emma. He is sitting down and crying this week. Gio down there too. You are very worried. Emma is in a critical situation because of Anna's absence. Dante fixes things with Detective Joe. I love seeing Dante in commission mode. And Curtis brings Jordan up quickly. So, he may have to come down and bail Curtis out since he publicly attacked Isaiah. I also wonder if maybe the doctor instigated Curtis to attack him or Isaiah is just sick of Curtis as most of the viewers are at this point.
General Hospital Wednesday, May 20th – Britt Makes a Big Choice
On Wednesday, May 20, the sweep ends. On that day, we have Britt making a really big decision. He and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) suddenly faced their options while drinking, and Britt thought about giving up the Cold Fusion project or running, but Lucas does not want the sacrifice of Marco Rios (Adrian Anchando) to be in vain. They really want to find a way to tell Sidwell that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) stabbed Marco. Valentin clashes with Carly, so she may not agree with his plan to find Josslyn. And this week, Ava and Sidwell walk through the door at Wyndemere and are surprised. So they might stumble upon Charlotte and Danny out there clicking.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) needs help from Ava. So, if it's really new out there, Sidwell might arrest Danny and Charlotte and we saw Alexis asking Ava for help to sort this out. Danny proves to be a real hand to his grandma Alexis. Lulu receives an offer from Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean Parsons). I'm sure he wants to be there for his sister Lulu. And I want to know if he can confide in Ethan about what Rocco did. I hope not because Ethan seems to have a hidden agenda. And we don't know where he really is.
Nina is surprised. And Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) might actually give Nina back the syringe she's been using to blame her because there's an incident in Willow's office this week with Nina and the syringe in hand. You know, Willow chewed out Nina General Hospital because she was upstairs looking at Brennan, Willow said that Nina would mess them up. But maybe his heart changed. The worst case scenario is that Willow gives her a syringe full of paralytics and wants Nina to inject Brennan again to buy more time. Or maybe it's to give Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) a dose. We will see.
GH Spoilers for Thursday, May 21st – Alexis Wants Answers
Thursday, May 21st. Alexis wants answers. And I suspect it's about why Danny is in Wyndemere, if that's who Ava and Sidwell are going for. Britt has a new source of stress. And it may be Sidwell who wants his presence in the lab. Lulu is ready to make a big move. And this is probably another thing to ensure that Rocco is protected. The main problem now is Isaiah being asked where he was on the night of the disaster when he was at his house. Ethan runs into Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott). It seems like Ethan is looking for any excuse to look after baby Phoebe, according to a recent interview with actor Nathan Dean. Dante calls not-Nathan to come talk to him. And I wonder if this is about the Curtis and Isaiah mess or Rocco and Lulu.
General Hospital Spoilers for Friday, May 22nd – Willow Gives Good News
On Friday, May 22, Willow has good news for someone. It could be Drew, Nina. Perhaps he is confirming Sidwell. And Britt shares some information. I hope she finds a way to tell Sidwell what Cullum is doing without Lucas getting killed. And Cassius pleads with someone. So, he might be trying to get Lulu to take him back. And, you know, we heard him tell Joss that he has real feelings for Lulu. So, we'll see. Also, Laura's reaction surprises Lulu. So, I wonder if he's talking to his mom about Rocco's situation or if he's talking to her about protecting Isaiah.
GH Spoilers Week of May 25-29th – Lulu Prepares for the Worst and Curtis in Trouble
Then we go into the week of May 25 to 29 and Lulu is working for her son, doing everything she can to protect him, and that's growing this week. And if Charlotte really is off to Spoon Island, Lulu has another baby problem while she doesn't really have the bandwidth right now. Isaiah reiterates his innocence. Curtis could face dire consequences unless he cuts the deal. Honestly, I hope he doesn't get a deal.
Portia knows that Curtis is accusing Isaiah of bad things. He may try to add to his attack on Isaiah to get things going, but I think we know Curtis won't stop. And I don't think right now Isaiah will stop gossiping about Curtis after attacking him. Alexis has her hands full with Danny. Britt plans her next move with her life on the line no matter what. Rocco will be his main concern. Willow and Nina do some trickery and Carly and Valentin continue to work to find Josslyn and we'll get an update on Brennan's condition.
