Two Florida school principals ended up in police cars after a Fourth of July night out, with body camera video showing both women arrested on DUI charges in separate incidents tied up in the same car.
Bodycam video released by officials shows Jennifer Jimenez, 41, and Christina Alcalde, 45, each detained in separate traffic stops involving the same Jeep SUV.
In dash cam video released by the Clermont, Florida Police Department, authorities are seen struggling with the principal.
“Ms. Jennifer, did you drink any alcohol today because I'm being questioned,” the police officer was heard saying.
“Yes, I have,” replied Jimenez.

According to a Clermont Police Department probable cause affidavit obtained by Fox News affiliate WOFL-TV, Jimenez was driving Alcalde in the passenger seat when an officer pulled them over around 2 a.m. on July 5 after seeing the Jeep swerve in its lane.
The vehicle crossed into oncoming lanes several times and went over the curb before coming to a stop, authorities said. The officer reported smelling alcohol and said Jimenez would “blink slowly and have slow and delayed reactions.”

Jimenez was arrested on charges of DUI and refusing to submit to a DUI test.
Alcalde, who police said also appeared to be impaired during the first stop, was sent home to the boarding area when the Jeep was moved to a nearby parking lot instead of being towed.

But around 5 a.m., less than three hours later, the Lake County Sheriff's Office was notified that Alcalde may have been behind the wheel again.
According to the arrest report, the car swerved in its lane and braked repeatedly before going to the intersection.

Bodycam video shows Alcalde telling the officer he's “much better” and worried about Jimenez, who was previously arrested.
“I don't mean to do anything wrong. I'm the best,” Alcalde told the deputy.
“Well, look. I just talked to you,” he replied. “You were really drunk when I was talking to you.”
“I know. I know. But I'm not here now,” she said.
“It's been a few hours,” the deputy said.
“I understand. I'm not really,” Alcalde said. “I promise I'm not here.”

Alcalde was also arrested on DUI-related charges after the exercise, police said.

Both principals were booked into the Lake County Jail on DUI and refusal to yield charges, with bonds set at $2,000 each.

Alcalde reportedly identified his workplace as Pinecrest Lakes Academy, where he is listed as the principal, reports WESH 2. Jimenez is the principal at Pinecrest Academy Tavares, reports the Orlando Sentinel.
