Unfaithfulness Revealed
While the novel has a big show involving Gigi at the end, the show takes it to the pilot instead.
Where Hollis and Gigi end up
On the page, former friends have a conversation about infidelity. The same can't be said for the show when Hollis asked Gigi to leave so they could move on individually.

When Caroline Enters
Caroline had a much bigger arc in the show compared to her life being told in the book.
Tatum's life
The character was waiting for test results in both versions but in the book his biopsy doesn't have it. In the show, Tatum received similar news but was then told that there were other suspicious cells.
Dru-Ann's work
The biggest shakeup was when Dru-Ann decided to quit her job and start her own agency but that was only on the show and not in the book.
Epilogue Journey
In the book, the epilogue takes place one year later when there is no time jump in the show.
Electra's Role in Revelation
Hilderbrand's book had Electra reveal the story while the show changed that to Hollis hearing it from her group of friends.
