Days of Our Lives: Jeremy Destroys Stephanie's Marriage in Cruel Cheating

Days of Our Lives has Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark) building a bunch of false hope where Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) is concerned. And this babysitting gig that Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) surprisingly takes reveals the Achilles heel of his marriage to Stephanie.
And it's something Jeremy is about to use to his advantage. It turns out that he may not be crazy anymore, but he's still obsessed with Stephanie and we're going to talk about Jeremy taking a wrecking ball at Stephanie's wedding.
Days of Our Lives: Stephanie Calls Jeremy
So, after Alex and Stephanie had another argument about a few things, including him showing up without checking with Stephanie before bringing Chanel Dupree DiMera's (Raven Bowens) baby home with him. You know, things were tense. They were intense before that and intense after that.
Alex left to take little Trey and Stephanie immediately called Jeremy to sit with her and comfort her. I mean, Stephanie shouldn't be with her ex while Alex is away. Let's be real. In addition, her husband is still suspicious of Jeremy, as he should be.
When Stephanie talked to Jeremy, she told him that she lost Alex. And of course, that should make Jeremy happy, right? And he assured Stephanie that he is also in the air after the ordeal. That doesn't seem to be true. Jeremy seems calm and thinks clearly and strategically.
So, Stephanie was telling Jeremy about Alex wanting kids. He's not sure and Jeremy is all, oh, Alex doesn't understand what he's going through. You know, Jeremy is sympathetic and understands what Stephanie is going through. He then revealed the fact that Alex had a pregnancy scare with Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) last year.
Jeremy Calls His Dad on DOOL
And from there, Jeremy threw home to Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth) for a quick catch before she did something tricky. So, he heard about Lani Price (Sal Stowers) and the twins coming to Salem. You know, small talk, small talk. Jeremy then goes to call his father, Mike Horton (Roark Critchlow), to ask for his phone number.
Now, I bet I know whose phone number it is. Think about this. Joy's mother, Nancy Wesley, had been dating Jeremy's father, Mike, for about four years. So, I think you still have contact information with Nancy. And Joy was going back to New York to be with her mother after lying about not being pregnant. If you remember, Joy took a pregnancy test and lied right to Stephanie and Alex's face.
And Joy said she was not pregnant when she was pregnant. So, we don't know yet how much Jeremy knows for sure. Apparently, their parents were close and may have remained close. So, it is possible that Jeremy knows that Joy has a child, but it is possible that Jeremy did not know who the father is.
Even though he didn't know that Njabulo had a child. But Jeremy might call to check to wander around, hold his nose and see what Alex's baby is. So, I feel that he doesn't know a little bit, you know, I don't know if Jeremy knows the whole story about Joy.
But Jeremy may be calling to get more information, like a fact-finding mission. And he just told Stephanie that he lives in Salem. Jeremy told Alex before he left the hospital that he was going to stay and Alex told Jeremy, “Get out of Salem now.” He refused. I'm sure Stephanie is glad Jeremy stayed.
Days of Our Lives: Jeremy May Tell Happiness Is Vain in Salem
And we know that at the end of this week, Joy Wesley is at Alex and Stephanie's door. And it looks like Jeremy has smelled blood in the water and is going to tell Joy that this is his biggest chance to get Alex back. This is where I expect it to go. I expect Jeremy might say to Joy, “Wow, what do you think I just found?
And their relationship is in a really weak state because of this kidnapping and all this. Jeremy might say to Joy, “It's now or never. If you want to be with Alex and raise your child together, you need to get to Salem right now. So, this is all based on the assumption that Joy had a healthy pregnancy and Alex's baby is healthy and well.”
If so, the baby should have been born in October or November if they were sticking to the actual timeline, you know, 40 weeks. So, Joy can show up with a little six-month-old baby. That baby will be a few months younger than baby Trey, actually.
So, when Joy shows up on Alex's doorstep later this week, it's no big deal. It's not a random comeback. It looks like Joy is either conspiring with Jeremy or feeding Joy enough information to come out. And I'm sure Jeremy is hoping to break up Stephanie and Alex's marriage once and for all.

Jeremy's plan may not work for days
Interestingly based on the timeline, it doesn't look like it will go well for Jeremy because Michael Roark's last date is April 29th. So that leaves Jeremy a few episodes after Joy arrives at Alex's door. Now, as far as we know, there is no reincarnation of Jeremy's coming unless they keep it a big secret. Besides, it's possible that his plan to use Joy to separate Stephanie and Alex might not work for him. Days of Our Lives.
You know if Jeremy is revealed to be the one who told Joy to come to Salem to look for Alex and deliver the baby, I think that would kill any interest Stephanie has in Jeremy because she would see him as a manipulative adult. But they managed to throw a big twist and Stephanie left town with Jeremy. But I don't think so. That's not on my bingo card.
So, it seems that no matter what he and Joy pull, they won't get what they both want. But we could see Alex being happy when he found out that he and Joy had a child. And of course, Stephanie probably won't be happy because Joy lied to them then, to their faces. But in the end, Jeremy's part in whatever happened might be revealed and he could get out of town.
Therefore, it is possible that his last act before his character goes out to drive the border between Stephanie and Alex, even if Jeremy will not be there to help, because the child of Joy and Alex is from Salem, that is enough to cause many problems in his marriage.
Days of Our Lives: Will Stephanie Go?
Now, of course, we will wait to see if Joy can get anywhere with Alex. Now, I'm sure he would have loved their child, assuming there was a child, but that doesn't mean he would have some love for Joy other than being the mother of his child. She loves Stephanie, but I saw her letting go of Alex again.
If Stephanie knows how badly Alex wants the baby, I think Stephanie might leave. And in reality Alex may not know how badly she wants a baby until she holds her baby in her arms. Stephanie can see at that moment that Alex will never be happy without her children. And if he can do it with just one, he has one and can work with Joy.
But if all of this makes Alex decide that he doesn't want just one, he wants more kids, and Stephanie hasn't changed her mind and she doesn't, this could be the end of them. Although Alex and Stephanie really do love each other. So, even though Jeremy may not get the benefit, he may be the thing that destroys their marriage.
