Brooke Hogan Talks Speculation She Has 'Team' To Help

Brooke Hogan she opened up about navigating adulthood as a working mom.
“So I wanted to come here and talk about something that I think everyone needs to hear. I know it helps me when I hear it and it's not often that I do it. But I found a lot of strength in my social media and my following, you guys, that when I express something that I'm going through – and I just started doing that – I'm shocked by the number of people who go through the same thing, 38, or you feel the same way on Saturday,” June 6, Instagram video. “Whether it's a mother or a family.”
He continued, “When you grow up you don't feel like you know what you're doing, does anyone know what you're doing, and I still feel like, 'Why do I still have 18,000 passwords and emails and paper mails, like what's going on?' And I can't tell you how many people think – like, I'll be on the phone with somebody and they'll say, 'I'm sure you've got tons of people helping you and you've got your team.' I say, 'Which team? Which team?'”
Hogan explained that he has a record label, which includes the man and his son, “which has been a huge support system.” Besides them, Hogan shared that she and her husband, Steven Oleksyhave a nanny to help them with their twins.
“I don't have a spokesperson,” he explained. “I have a babysitter who comes to help us because we actually have twins and I have a bad back and my husband has to go to work sometimes and I have to go to work sometimes and we really do it ourselves. There is no home.”
Brooke shared that her lack of “village” is not due to her estrangement from her family, including her father. Hulk Hoganwho died in 2025 of a heart attack. (Hulk is survived by his daughter, whom he shares with his ex-wife Linda Hogan, without will. Hulk also shared Nick Hogan and his ex-wife, from whom he separated in 2009.)
“And that's not just because of family differences,” he said. “I feel like the world we live in now, these days, many families have to be two-income families, and many people have to go to work. Many people don't live near their families. So it's not just separation, I think many people are in the same problem and even if you live near people who love you, they have their own things that need help in the world. You expect a lot from us.”
Brooke went on to reflect on how different the world is to when she was growing up in the 1990s, before explaining that she feels like she's “going through a few different situations.”
“Listen, I'm not depressed, like, 'I hate my life.' I love my life, I love my husband, I love my children. We are blessed, we are healthy,” he said. “I know all those things, but I feel like I'm running on empty. I feel like I can't keep up. I feel like I can't please everyone. I can't force myself to be dishonest on social media. I don't want to shove products down my throat. It's just not me.”
As she continued to ponder her “mental burden,” Brooke captioned the post, “Am I the only one? 😅.”
