Billie Eilish Talks With Brother Finneas About 'Falling Out' Rumors

Billie Eilish he is talking publicly about the speculation that he and my brother Phineas there was a “dispute.”
“I heard someone say, 'Did you hear that Finneas and Billie are fighting?'” Eilish, 24, said. Elle in a joint interview with her sibling and collaborator, 28, published on Tuesday, April 28.
“Finneas and I have never and never will have an argument, in our lives,” he continued. “We're going into the biggest fight you've ever heard in your life, and five minutes later, we're back, laughing and singing. They're siblings. There's nothing in the world like siblings.”
Eilish added, “If I never saw Finneas at all, I might never do a song again.”
Rumors of a feud between the famous siblings emerged after Finneas (real name Finneas Baird O'Connell) left Eilish's. Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour, which started in September 2024 to November 2025.
“It was a few years in the making,” Eilish said of Finneas' decision to skip the show, choosing between the two. “We were so busy that we saw each other just before we went on stage.” Finneas and Andrew [Eilish’s touring drummer]who were the only band members I had at the time, they were singing in a place that was hard to leave. Finneas was stuck in the tower – just like Rapunzel! He didn't say it, but I felt like, 'You have a lot more to do than my band member in the background.'”
Finneas added, “It's actually true that I don't like touring, but I love the show part of it. And I love being with Billie. This past year, when she would be on tour for months, I missed her so much.”
In the trailer for Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour (Live in 3D) movie, Eilish cried as she read a note from Finneas wishing her good luck before she hit the road.
“Almost 7 years ago to the day we embarked on your first road trip to North America,” Finneas wrote to his little sister. “It's been the joy of my life to travel the world with you three times watching you hold everyone who comes to your shows with your hand. I wish you luck tonight but you don't need it, no one does it like you. I can't wait to see you soon. Love, Pinch.”
Eilish said on camera, “It will be my first show without him.”
Finneas and Eilish have been collaborating since their 2015 single, “Ocean Eyes.” The siblings have gone on to win 10 Grammys together, including a recent win for Song of the Year for Eilish's “Wildflower.” They became the first three-time winners in the division's history following their previous wins for “Bad Guy” in 2020 and “What Was I In For?” in 2024.
In addition to working with Eilish, Finneas began his solo career in 2019 with his debut EP, Blood Compatibility. Later he released albums A vision of hope (2021) and With Cryin' Out Loud! (2024). He also released A dreamrecord with my songwriting partner Ashe under the band name The Favors, in 2025.
