Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star Angelina Pivarnick she broke down in tears when she talked about her tragic pregnancy.
On the Thursday, June 4, episode of the reality TV show, Angelina, 39, was devastated when she told her friend. Dana Lasalla that she had a miscarriage.
When Dana asks Angelina how her recent doctor's appointment went during her pregnancy journey, the The Jersey Shore the star replied, “It's not good.”
“I woke up in the middle of the night, at 4 o'clock. I didn't feel well at all. I was very dizzy,” said Angelina confessing. “I went to the bathroom. I was bleeding. I said, 'What the…'”
Angelina explained that she then “went to the doctor” before walking away shaking her head and sadly adding, “Yes.”
Dana tried to support Angelina as she became emotional and cried as she struggled with grief over the loss.
“I can't believe what happened. I'm very sad. No woman should have to deal with this, it's terrible,” said Dana. Angelina agreed, sharing, “It's killing me, bro.”

“I wanted a family badly because I don't have one of my own,” she said. “I can't build a family with a broken family, I have to build my own family.
Wiping away tears, Angelina continued, “I couldn't do that, so that's what hurts me.” He concluded, “It's just amazing, all of this.”
Last month, a promo clip teased Thursday's episode Jersey Shore: Family Vacation revealed that Angelina had lost the pregnancy.

Angelina revealed that she is pregnant on the May 14 episode of the show, where she was filmed Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola direct examination.
“There's no way it's just natural. Nobody's donating sperm now,” said a shocked Angelina at the time, talking about her fertility issues, which have been a hot topic all season.
Angelina also opened up about her surprise and happiness in the confessional during the episode.
“I didn't think I could get pregnant, but, hey, I'm … pregnant,” she said. “This could be a wonderful thing. This could be my legend, my path, my child.”
