Zombie fans will probably eat it up We bury the deadwhile Oscar lovers still mourn the passing of awards season they can broadcast history The road to India.

'Send Help' (2026)

That all changes when his plane crashes and he's stranded on a deserted island with his new boss, Bradley Preston (Dylan O'Brien). She can't take care of herself in the wild, but Linda can, and she uses her newfound powers to her advantage. But Bradley doesn't want to be controlled by anyone, he'd rather kill Linda than submit to her.

Send Help is a biarro mash-up of Lord of the Flies again The War of the Roseswith a dash of bad comedy director Sam Raimi he is known for it. O'Brien is suitably witty as an unstoppable chauvinist pig commanded by a woman, while McAdams goes above and beyond as a gentle woman who inherits the world – or at least a small part of it. The Oscar-nominated star of To stand out again The Notebook it also proves that he's an ace comedic actor, too Send Help is further evidence that the hypothetical The girls said follow her as an adult, Bichier Regina George would kill at the box office.

'We Bury the Dead' (2025)

After an explosion in Tasmania leaves many dead and all others dead, authorities soon discover that some of the survivors have turned into violent zombies. Ava (Daisy Ridley) and her husband Mitch (Matt Whelan) volunteers to help cleanup efforts, but when Mitch disappears, Ava meets Difter Clay (Brenton Thwaites) to find him. What follows is an epic adventure as Ava encounters humanity's best and worst. Even if Mitch lives, Ava won't be the woman he left behind. And if he's dead, Ava might not have any other reason to live.

When We Bury the Dead it sounds hard, because it is. The film is not so concerned with openness, Resident Evil-fun zombie style and focuses more on Ava's emotional state and what society would look like if the dead came back to life. While some undead are violent, others are not, and the movie is at its best when it shows Ava encountering zombies who care more about settling unfinished business than eating meat. We bury the dead is one of the best recent zombie films, and deserves to live on even after it died at the box office last year.
