Some stories are too good to be true – for Frank Abagnale Jr.Leonardo DiCaprio) case, it is difficult to separate fact from fiction. In the 1960s, Frank was a fast-talking teenager who successfully tricked people into thinking he was a pilot and a doctor. Why? Yes, with money, of course; living the life of a jet setter is not cheap. But Frank's need for belonging hides a deep pain, something that makes him run away from lawyers like Carl Hanratty (Tom Hanks), an FBI agent determined to find her man. Throughout the decade, Carl relentlessly pursues Frank, but deep down, he comes to respect the man whose crimes hurt him more than anyone else.

Based on the biography of Abagnale Jr. 1980 of the same name, Catch Me If You Can is based on a true story that has been slandered by experts since the film's release in 2002. That doesn't matter if the story is good – and if everyone involved is having the time of their lives. Director Steven Spielberg he is known as a master entertainer of big budget spectacles like Jaws again Jurassic Parkbut he has never been easier or more free than he is. Ditto for DiCaprio and Hanks, who play a clever cat-and-mouse game with all the excitement of little kids opening their presents at Christmas time. Film is the gift that keeps on giving; from John Williams' jazzy score or Christopher WalkenFrank's excellent supporting work as Frank's criminal father, will make you think it's Christmas, too.

One of my worst nightmares is being forced to go back to high school to finish up some unfinished business. That's almost the basis of new comics Never Change!which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival earlier this month and is now streaming on Hulu. In 2008, a tornado closed North Meadows High School, disrupting the final weeks of high school students Sunny (John Reynolds), Katie (Sofia Black-D'Elia) and their subclass. About 20 years later, they found out they had to finish those last two weeks of high school or their diplomas would be revoked.

One person's nightmare is another person's comedy, too Never Change! mine is a strange concept for all its worth. There are scenes of school shootings and horror drama being staged Topher Grace wearing a deliberately hideous wig. Movie jokes like Hot Wet American Summer's, pushing the envelope with silly jokes to see if they'll stick. Some fail miserably (you'll groan at least once), but the gags are enough to make the world Never Change! useful comedy if quickly forgotten.

In 1930s Great Britain, domestic workers still existed, and no one was better at them than James Stevens (Anthony Hopkins). As a butler at Darlington Hall, he is devoted only to his work and does not make time for trivial things like personal life. That threatens to change with the arrival of Sally Kenton (Emma Thompson), a young maid whose warm demeanor disturbs Stevens for reasons he is not sure about. Could it be love? Stevens has never admitted to having those kinds of feelings, let alone expressed them. But is Kenton's arrival the reason why he has finally changed after all these years?

Based on Kazuo IshiguroThe Booker Prize-winning book of the same name, Remains of the Day it's about repressed emotions, slow relaxation and stolen glances that suggest rather than tell what's going on. The film depicts a time and place where work was still valued above sentiment, and men like Stevens were almost invisible to the people they had faithfully served for decades. Hopkins is a two-time Oscar winner The Silence of the Lambs again Fatherbut he deserved another statue for his brilliant, subtle work as a man who is completely incapable of opening himself up to love. It's beautiful and haunting, just like the movie itself.
