Is Spencer Pratt ready to get back in front of reality TV cameras?
Pratt's team was quick to push back on reports that the former star was recording his bid to become the next mayor of Los Angeles. “This is wrong,” said a spokesperson for The Wrap newspaper. “There was no series in production and the cameras weren't following the campaign.”
According to his lawyer, fans should not expect to see behind-the-scenes content on television even if he wins.
“He doesn't have a signed contract,” the rep added. “There is no existing contract related to this because it is not true.”

Reports say Pratt has signed a contract with Santa Monica's Boardwalk Pictures and that filming has already begun. “Both known and untapped territory, right?” a production source told Deadline. “That's part of the appeal of Spencer and Heidi, isn't it?”

The 42-year-old told the outlet that the Airstream is still unsafe as he campaigns to become the next mayor of Los Angeles, saying the hotel's “armed security” made it “the last option.”

Pratt doubled down during TMZ Live on Wednesday, saying critics were missing his point.
“I don't live in the Bel Air Hotel. I don't live in an Airstream. I don't live in Santa Barbara. I don't have a house. They burned it down,” he told the outlet.

Even though his house burned down, Pratt insisted that the Palisades area is his home.
“That's where I live, period,” Pratt noted. “There's no need to sleep there every night. There's no need for me to go number two in that bathroom. That's where I live.”
