PERFECT – Non-citizens in the blue state have been on voter rolls for years — and some have even voted in previous elections, according to documents obtained through a public records request.
The New Jersey Republican Party (NJGOP) and the Republican National Committee (RNC) requested voter rolls in all 21 counties in the Garden State and found multiple instances of naturalized non-citizens asking to be removed from the rolls, saying they were unknowingly registered to vote. Most were registered Democrats.
Non-citizens cannot vote in state or federal elections, and citizenship candidates worry that being on the list will disqualify them.

In official documents viewed by Fox News Digital from Atlantic County, Superintendent of Elections & Commissioner of Registration Maureen Bugdon confirmed that non-citizens came to her requesting removal.
THE FOUR PEOPLE ON THE COVER HAVE BEEN FORGOTTEN FOR VOTING ILLEGALLY IN THE 2020, 2022 AND 2024 NEW GOVERNMENT ELECTIONS.
“Please allow this letter to certify that on this day, the person named below has come before this office to confirm his registration and voting status,” the letter reads. “He stated that he did not wish to be a registered voter in New Jersey and did not understand how he was registered through the Department of Motor Vehicles, it is alleged.”
Most publications confirmed that non-citizens do not have a voting record, but not all.
Another non-citizen, the district said he was removed from the register in 2015, voted repeatedly in 2000 and 2001, and in the 2008 general election. One voted in the primary election in 2005 and the municipal election in 2000.

Other documents showed non-citizens directly requesting to be removed from the list by using a voter registration cancellation form.
When asked why they wished to be removed, most of the registered voters unknowingly checked the box marked “other” and wrote that they were not citizens.
In Atlantic County alone, Fox News Digital reviewed more than 50 documents from non-residents proving they were unknowingly registered to vote.

RNC Chairman Joe Gruters says the group has found hundreds of people registered to vote in New Jersey who may be victims, but New Jersey and other Democratic states are unwilling to disclose information about their registration procedures. The organization requested that information from 48 states.
“I mean, it's really surprising because here the Democrats are saying that, you know, non-citizens don't vote, [that]this is not a problem, but every county we get people reporting now, and I'm glad we're doing these records requests because it's really eye-opening, because these are people who have reported,” Gruters told Fox News Digital.
“You want secure democracy and free and safe elections that people can rely on, and people can fully rely on,” he said.

RNC LAUNCHES MULTIMILLION-DOLLAR ELECTION INTEGRITY PUSH 17 FEET AHEAD OF MID.
The RNC in 2024 made a full-scale election integrity push to confirm it, which continues today, according to Gruters.
He told Fox News Digital that the group is “putting the hammer down” and that they have “boots on the ground” across the country to ensure more diligence in November.
“We have staff already in 17 states working on these issues to make sure that, as I said, it goes back to having safe and secure elections that are free and fair,” he said.
RNC GETS DAY AT SUPREME COURT TO DISMISS CHALLENGE TO LATE MAIL BLOCKS
Gruters is optimistic about another RNC battle over election integrity.
The Supreme Court will soon decide on the case of Watson vs. RNC, a challenge to laws that allow postal ballots to be cast on election day, but counted days later. The RNC's goal is to end the practice, which Gruters highlighted as California continued to count votes in Tuesday night's election nearly a week after polls closed.

He said that a victory in that case would be “one of our biggest victories in the election.”.”
“I mean what just happened [Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate] Spencer Pratt should open your eyes, and you should be sick to your stomach,” he said. “This should not be allowed in America.”

Gruters said that if an election has an “open target date,” it opens the door to potential manipulation.
“We're fighting hard to end this, and this, like I said, this might be our biggest win ever from an election integrity perspective by stopping this and making sure that election day means what it says, election day.”
New Jersey Democratic Gov. Micki Sherrill's office did not return a request for comment. Neither the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission nor Atlantic County officials did.
