Fighting for the first time in 20 months, Andrade spent little time shaking off the rust. Midway through the opening round, he hurt Ataide with a left hand before following up with a right that sent the Brazilian crashing to the canvas. Referee Ricky Gonzalez ended the count at 2:09, giving Andrade a knockout in the first round.

The CES Boxing card, hosted by Jimmy Burchfield and broadcast on DAZN, also features many entertaining fights.

In the fight, WBC International featherweight champion Kevin Walsh came out of trouble to stop WBC Silver featherweight title holder Dannis Aguero Arias in the second round. Arias stunned Walsh twice in the opening round, but Walsh responded by dropping him with a right hand before scoring another knockdown in the second. Referee Arthur Mercante Jr. stopped the contest at 2:14.

Middleweight Douglas Marroquin is undefeated with a six-round unanimous decision over Daine Smikle. Smikle found success in the first half of the fight before Marroquin turned the tide with a hard right hand in the fifth and closed out strong for three points 58-56.

Joseph Chisholm stopped Rashad Hicks in the second round after scoring knockdowns in both rounds. Slawomir Bohdziewicz also got a stoppage in the second round, putting down Russ Kimber twice before the referee intervened.

Luis Porozo finished off Gianni Liguori by a six-round unanimous decision in a competitive lightweight bout. Carlos Perez won every round on the judges' scorecard in a six-round victory over Anthony Mora, using sharp strikes throughout the fight.

Kevante Wineglass remains undefeated by majority decision over Josh Melvin after four rounds of competition. Melvin enjoyed a good takedown in the third, swelling Wineglass's left eye, but Wineglass did enough to defend the decision.

Anthony Nieves closed out the card with a second round stoppage of Jancel Castro-Guante. After hurting Castro late in the opening round, Nieves forced a stoppage in the second when Castro failed to follow through with a trip to the canvas.
