After to win the season 29 of Voice, Alexia Jay he can finally enjoy the fruits of his labor and decide what to do with his $100,000 prize money.

Alexia – a mother of two – lives in Mobile, Alabama, and has no plans to move to the big city. Instead, he envisions a “minimum” migration.
“We might go down the road,” he said, “but we'll keep heading south.”
For now, it's all about celebrating the historic victory. Alexia became the first black woman to win an NBC singing competition series on Tuesday, April 14.

“Being from the small town of Irvington, Alabama, and being able to make history is amazing,” Alexia shared of her win. “I've been singing since I was 2 years old, so I never in a million years thought I'd make history. But I'm glad it's me, and I'm glad I have a number.”

In the future, he hopes fans will be able to hear an inspiring album with more than a few hits.
“We will continue to work. We will release an album, and I hope you will like it,” he said. “I'm all about promotion. I want to focus on that, and I'm going to keep trying to get into these big stages and keep recording, keep working.”
