Noah Beck's Sister Accused of Grooming a Student: What You Need to Know

Baywatch star Noah Beckolder sister Haley Beck was fired from her teaching job in Arizona after the Peoria Unified School District conducted an investigation, alleging that she coached a minor student.
“After reviewing the investigator's findings, the decision maker found that Ms. “[She had] sexual relationship with that student therefore [we] recommended his termination.”

Haley Beck is being investigated by the Peoria Unified School District
Haley Beck, 27, was a full-time teacher at Centennial High School in Peoria, Arizona, within the Peoria Unified School District. He was hired in 2020 after graduating from Northern Arizona University with a degree in higher education, according to LinkedIn.
In March 2026, news broke that Haley was being investigated for allegedly engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a male student. While the investigation was reported to have started when the student was 18 years old, it is suspected that he started training the student when he was young.
Haley was placed on administrative leave through 2025 pending an investigation. The school district ultimately recommended the termination, which was approved by Peoria Unified board members.
“After reviewing the detective's findings, the decision maker found that Ms. Beck was training a student, which led to her having a sexual relationship with that student, therefore. [we] recommended his withdrawal,” said a Peoria Unified spokesperson Danielle Airey said the statement in AZ Central.
What Are The Allegations Against Haley Beck?
According to local outlet AZ Central, Haley is accused of completing the student's homework, letting him drive her car and buying her marijuana and alcohol during their relationship. He also reportedly gave the student oral sex and called her his “sugar baby,” according to messages obtained by Peoria police.
Haley may request a hearing with the county to state her case by April 8, 2026. If she does not request a hearing by then, the termination will take effect. Haley has not spoken publicly about the allegations.

Due to allegations of grooming, A few videos have resurfaced they have attracted the attention of social media users.
In the newly resurfaced clip, Haley Beck and her brother, Noah Beck, take part in the practice of “suspect running,” a common social practice that mimics a police broadcast as protesters roast each other.
“The suspect's best friends are his students,” Noah said in the video, filming Haley as she tried to run away from the camera.
“They're good to me,” Haley replied.
In another resurfaced video, Haley was interviewed about the importance of teacher-student bonds.
“Teachers can have a connection with their children,” he said at the time. “I feel that is one of the most important parts of teaching because at the end of the day you never know, I might be the only person who cares. So I try hard to make that known in my teaching and in my interactions with students.”
Who is Haley Beck?
Influencer and actor Noah Beck grew up in Arizona with his parents and two sisters, Haley Beck and Tatum Beck. Tatum is a social media content creator, while Haley maintains a private Instagram account.
“Every time I come home, I have this feeling of stability and familiarity because my parents have lived in the same house where I grew up for 28 years now, even before they got me. The three siblings also appeared on the March 2022 episode of Noah's “Put a Sock on It” podcast to discuss their growth and the siblings' evolution.
“I was quiet growing up, I was quiet and shy as a child [and] when she was younger, Haley was the smart, crazy kid, and Noah was just fat,” Tatum recalled.
According to Tatum, Haley finally “started to mature” and “act like the perfect daughter” when her younger siblings started acting out in their teens.
“There was a month when, randomly, [our ages are] 23, 22, 21, one month,” Haley added, referring to the siblings' age gap.
