Jen Hamilton Asked If She'll Survive A Breakup

A lifestyle influencer Jen Hamilton told fans she wonders if she will “get over” her split from her husband, Brian Hamilton.
“There were a few moments where I didn't know if I was going to live, OK? As you learn new things, that feeling of not being able to live gets stronger,” Jen, 37, said in an Instagram post shared on Tuesday, July 21. “This video is for both of us.”
Jen, who confirmed on TikTok on June 15 that she was separating from Brian after nearly 15 years of marriage, added that meditation was one of the “five Misses” helping her right now. (One Ms. included “medicine,” “teaching,” “mixing,” and “Megan Thee Stallion.”)
“Recently my reflection was 'THANK GOD' that you know about the bad things you have done because you are able to get yourself out of that situation,” the social media star wrote on his photos explaining the art of shaking.
The nurse, who is currently taking a break from her nursing career, reflected on the events of recent months while keeping in touch with fans. “The things that happen in your life you didn't ask for. You didn't ask for any of these things. But you don't just take what's stuck in your butt, but you also live life. Because you have to,” he continued before talking directly about himself. “You might be able to distract me from my happiness [but] you cannot have it.”
Jen also revealed that she has joined a support group as she navigates life, which includes giving birth to the former couple's sons, Ellis and Luke. “I joined a support group that I will join this evening,” he said. “Because of what I'm going through directly. Because I know I'm not alone.”
The announcement of Jen's split came as a joint statement from Brian. “Yes, we are breaking up,” June's statement read. “This comes with great pain for both of us, but also gratitude for 15 years of shared history, love, and friendship. We are committed to loving each other well in this transition and putting the well-being of the family we have created at the center.”
Although the two initially appeared to be in love, Jen's recent social media posts revealed drama in her marriage.
On Tuesday, July 14, TikTok, Jen shared that she was very worried about previous actions. “I've been crying for weeks about the man I was faithful to for 15 years who wanted everyone but me,” she wrote at the beginning of her clip before she opened her eyes as another text appeared.
“You remember … I'm #1 NYT [New York Times] Best Selling Author with the fattest ass,” the text reads as Jen is seen getting up from her chair and mouthing “What the f***” while looking away in disbelief. Birth Vibes: Stories and Strategies for Powerful Births in May.)
