Days of Our Lives: July 15th-17th – Lexie's Collapse and Theo's Rock Bottom

On Wednesday, July 15, we got Alex standing up for Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) and Kelsey. He is furious with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and feels guilty for not handling Joy's car situation better. So, maybe Alex will buy Joy a car or give her her keys to keep Kelsey safe on the road.

Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O'Brien) bond. The last time they talked it was about knockoff designer bags. So, I wonder if Gabi will open up to Gwen about her painful breakup with Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier). I still think Gwen might meet Philip. So, that can get complicated quickly.

DOOL Spoilers: Chad & Bell Get Leads

There was a big break for Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Belle Black's (Martha Madison) chess investigation. A paper that was submitted to the program of Salem Symphony the concert makes them deeper. Again, I objected to this. How do you get a ticket to a concert in the middle of the city where anyone can go up and listen? However, that impressed me Days of Our Lives he spent money on a small orchestra. I thought it would be Amazon Music playing off the screen.

Stephanie and Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) form an alcoholic relationship The Little Bar. Of course, Stephanie is fired up about Alex calling her. Days Spoilers: Theo's Ready to Snap

Meanwhile, Theo is also at his best. Gabi defiled him. She found out about Stefano DiMera's (Joseph Mascolo) role in Lexie's cancer when she first died. And of course, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) has cancer. Abe has just told her that he is conspiring with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) to take her out CEO. Theo is probably at rock bottom.

And that's before he finds out that Lexie is sick and dying again. And when Alex comes home from the hospital this week, he'll find a shirtless Theo lying on his couch. I doubt Stephanie and Theo get frisky or anything. He's probably just sleeping drunk. But this is not a good idea when Alex is angry with his wife. Javi Hernandez (Jacob Martinez) and Gus (Michael Ocampo) run into Leo and it's not good.

DOOL Spoilers: Marlena Worries About Rachel

Then on Thursday, July 16th, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) is very worried about Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote). We know that Kristen DiMera's (Stacy Haiduk) conversation with Marlena raised red flags because Kristen is trying to paint EJ as a threat to Rachel. Let's be real, shall we? He's just teasing Kristen before throwing her in the desert DiMera The island all his days.

Also, Lexie surprises her sister Kristen on Thursday. Therefore, Lexie could tell her toxic sister that she was dying. Or she might warn Kristen of what fate EJ has in store for her. We know that even with the warning, Kristen is still raptured. So, we'll see. But I'm pretty sure Lexie heard EJ and Rita talking when she came out of her fall.

Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) is frustrated and opens up to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). No doubt this is about Holly and their lack of progress involving EJ as well DiMera Medicines in the case of arsenic. Also, Holly feels pressure, guilt, almost dies from arsenic poisoning, accused of taking pills for fun again. There is just so much to this lady.

Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) sees EJ in a new light, but the question is whether the light is bright or dim. If Cat gets information about Coriseal and arsenic, it will be a dim view. But if it's about their past in Italy, maybe it's a good thing.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Abe Apologizes to Theo

Then on Friday, July 17th, Abe Carver (James Reynolds) apologizes to Theo for conspiring with EJ and keeping things from him. But the hangover Theo may not be in the mood to forgive. He feels that people look down on him because he is a good DiMera. And with Lexie's news soon to hit them, Theo will struggle even more.

Alex talks to Stephanie about the game he pulled on voicemail and his attitude toward the mother of his child. So, I'm wondering if Stephanie shows Alex turning off her phone to avoid Chad to sleep with Stephanie when her mom Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) is about to die because I think that's valid, but it doesn't take away from what Stephanie just did. So, honestly, it's not a good idea to bring it up, but I'd like to see him do it to make him younger.

Days Spoilers: Holly meets Ari

Ari comes to see Holly. They have a lot to catch up on. Ari has to tell Holly about her mother, Gabi, bribing Liam Selejko (Hank Northrop) to wind her up and get out. Holly has to tell Ari what's going on. And hopefully, you believe him about the pills. The problem is, that day, Tate Black (Leo Howard) finds pills in Holly's bag, and I bet Coriseal and that EJ planted them there. Tate will ask her about the pills which Holly says are not hers. And when Tate asks to talk about it, Holly explodes and Sarah is there to see it all. So Holly looks very sketchy.

Also, EJ gets some bad news when Kayla tells him in front of Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) that the state board is revoking his hospital patents. We know EJ is burning Sara this summer. So I'm wondering if the annulment is overturned or maybe EJ is firing Sarah before it's official. It looks like they need a buyer to make it happen because they can't just return what he has without paying him for it. So, this could be the green light for Gwen to buy the hospital and laugh in EJ's face.

DOOL: July 20th-24th – Lexie's Terminal Illness and Sweep Events

Week of July 20 to 24. The sweepstakes will end on Monday the 20th. Cat and EJ can do more than kiss as her memories return and Cat discovers that there is true love between them. I wonder if he was pushed to EJ ISA or maybe Clyde Weston (James Read) and he hasn't gotten those memories yet.

Theo's upsets take a turn for the worse when Lexie's symptoms become so bad she can't hide them. He told Marlena that he plans to keep his impending death a secret. But because Lexie dies without warning, there's no way Theo and Abe won't know. Lexie is in the hospital soon and may be on her way out and Theo and Abe panic and call 911.

They will be devastated by this life-ending update from Lexie and unsealed from EJ. Gwen and Philip might spend a lot of time having fun, and Gabi might get closer to Theo when her whole world comes crashing down soon. Chad and Belle learn a new clue, and more clues come their way. Holly will be released from the hospital soon, but will she be sent to rehab because of EJ?

Chanel is going into premature labor soon, and she scares Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) out. Summer's promo makes her nervous and giving and Kayla rushes everyone out of the room. We also expect Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Portre) to return to Salem soon and get close to Leo again.
