Amanda was taken aback before denying his suspicions.
“I didn't leave you for someone else,” she said, revealing, “I was afraid.”
The estranged couple then opened up about how they announced their split in January, with Amanda admitting “we're so glad we were able to do it together in such a terrible way.”
Kyle admitted, “I was no saint. I know I made things worse. I don't know if I was hurting myself or crying for help or the good old life. I'm not proud of the way I did it.”
Amanda commented, “There were so many things that led to the breakdown of our relationship.”

Amanda – who has come under fire for her relationship with West due to their previous friendships Ciara Millerformer West, and how he handled the scandal — joked that at least the drama “helped” Kyle's business, Loverboy.
“I think they hate me a lot,” he said of the fans, to which Kyle replied, “I don't think it's all hate.”
Amanda admitted, “I feel like I can't even leave my home” amid the chaos and conflict.

“Walking here was scary, I'm afraid to go outside because I'm afraid someone will scream in my face,” said Amanda.
He explained that he wants to “feel normal” now that his relationship has been found.
Amanda insisted, “There was no cheating” on her and she didn't cheat on Kyle and West.
“I don't look down on what I did,” Amanda continued. “And how was my friendship but I also want to go out and do things.”
Amanda revealed, “If I keep hiding I'm going to fall into that black hole,” causing Kyle to jump back into defense mode.

Amanda agreed with what Kyle said, realizing that he was one of those people who had been close to her for the past ten years.
“Do you want to go to dinner?” he asked her.
Kyle joked, “It's probably going to cause an internet firestorm, but I'm excited.”

Kyle made a face, and replied, “Oh, my God. On that note …” before telling Amanda she had to get back to work.
While Kyle and Amanda seem to be getting along somewhat during April's reunion in the two-part preview. In the city reunion, Amanda accused Kyle of cheating on her while they were married. (He previously admitted to cheating on Amanda before their wedding.)
“How many people do you sleep with and after how long?” Amanda asked Kyle in the trailer released Monday, July 13, and he said he “slept with someone when we were married.”
