Simone Biles Responds To Fans Seeking Health Update

Simone Biles to make it clear that he will update the fans about his experience which he explained that he was about to die in his time.

“I'm not ready to talk about it yet,” Biles, 29, wrote on Instagram after a fan commented on a recent post saying “they never got an update.” [her] the experience of death.”

The Olympic gymnast revealed on June 6 that she is recovering from the terrifying incident, although she did not go into detail about what happened.

“I'm not one to share things like this because I value privacy in this day and age. But death probably wasn't on my bingo card this week,” Biles wrote on her Instagram Story at the time over a photo of her arm, which appeared to have three hospital bandages on it.

She added that her husband, a safety for the Indianapolis Colts Jonathan Owenshe was in Indiana training with the team at the time.

“This was one of the scariest things of my life, especially since Jonathan was in Indy for practice,” Biles wrote. “I've been resting in bed this week, I'll explain soon though.” [shoutout] in my immediate circle who reached, entered, visited or sent flowers.”

Biles later shared more photos, showing get-well gifts from family members and her hospital bed.

One week after Biles' incident, she revealed on her Instagram Story that she and Owens, 30, were taking a much-needed “baecation.”

“Don't disturb, please and thank you,” he wrote in the next post over a picture of the beach.

Owens also hasn't talked about fearing for Biles' life. The two met in 2020, during the coronavirus crisis, on the celebrity dating app Raya. As professional athletes, both have had the opportunity to cheer the other on – and provide help in the face of adversity.

“It was one of the few times in his life where everything just shut down and he couldn't do anything,” Owens said. Owens added in a July 2024 interview no Us Weekly that his relationship with Biles has helped him on the field. Both are married in 2023.

“I've played a lot better since then [meeting Simone],” she said, “I'm just focused and locked in, and you come home, talk about my day and play with the dogs, you know what I mean? That's just our thing.”
