Soccer reporter Giusy Meloni provides holiday news outside of the World Cup, Penny Lane and old Montana.

We'll be doing Screencaps starting Sunday morning with Italian soccer reporter Giusy Meloni. He's not in America for the World Cup, but that doesn't mean he's not serving an important event. He is.
I've said this many times, and I'll say it again, I'm not a fan of field plays in a football game. I will not deceive you every four years with the World Cup. I'm not interested at all.
The scandals off the field, the dangerous moments on the field with the fans (both real and fake) and the elite talent covering the game is a different story. That's fun and that's one of the best things around.

ELLA LANGLEY CELEBRATES NO. 1 LAKESIDE BIKINI ALBUM WITH MIKE VRABEL (SORT OF) APOLOGIES
That brings us back to Giusy Meloni. With Italy not working and not receiving a call like the one Eleonara Incardona received to cover the World Cup, she was forced to book her holiday.
His spread at a luxury lakeside hotel prompts a call Joe made last spring to TV networks. A call that said he needed to work in sports in the United States to make a living.
So far, that call has not been answered. But the Italian actor-turned-sports journalist doesn't seem too worried about what it should be. You focus on what it really is, and that's how a bikini holiday ends up being more important than the World Cup.
The New York Knicks are ending a 53-year championship drought
The New York Knicks and Timothee Chalamet are NBA champions. They ended their 53-year championship drought Saturday night in San Antonio with a 94-90 Game 5 victory.
Real Knicks fans like Chalamet made the trip to Texas to watch the Spurs blow another game and watch Jalen Brunson drop 45 points to make sure there was no Game 6 in person.
There was no Taylor Swift in a corny T-shirt in sight. Just Wemby and company lost yet another game they had come out of to take the lead. They accomplished that as a team.
MAGA BEAUTY MARGO MARTIN WAS BOOING KNICKS FANS WATCH, SOPHIE CUNNINGHAM HIT THE GYM WITH OLD-SCHOOL MLB!
The Spurs' incredible scoring ability shouldn't overshadow what the Knicks are doing. They were truly a group of destiny. Fake followers did not slow them down and no lead is safe.
The Knicks know who didn't jump the line when they started winning with them. They know who was there when the games didn't get as much attention as the finals.
Timothee Chalamet celebrating a championship in the Knicks locker room is exactly how he saw this play. I think I saw him on a private jet or something too. This guy might just end up with the perfect ring when all is said and done.
Montana meat!
– Montana Tim writes:
Hi SeanJo! Montana Tim checks in after a memorable May! It's still cool and humid here in Montany! I hope there will be a heat coming for the “Big One” coming next month. We had a good few days but nothing to really get excited about. I just marked another trip around the sun! You've got a special card to share and some smoked meat! Pork, asparagus and pineapple….a match made in heaven, and Montana! Also, we had ground pork and the three tip was so hard it was inedible! I gave it to the dog and he started barking at me because he couldn't chew it either! The waistline was really nice, though.

More about Montana Meat!
Then we ran the gauntlet…..rib steak (my b-day meal), Tim-bone and strip steak! We've worked our way down to the survival food of Montana ……AKA, pork ribs! All this is just a rehearsal for the “250 Birthday” bash! Oh, and my special b-day card!

It's springtime in Montana! These photos are near Glacier NP SeanJo. I would like to tell everyone in the SC world to have a great June! “Keep the meat on the grill and the Blantons for fun!” Keep practicing for the Big 250 Party!

These are good, as they always are. It's been a pain to upload photos since OutKick merged with FOX News, but these were worth the trouble. There's meat, a ton of meat, and some of the best places around. Montana Tim, you've done it again.
Back gardens
– Jim T in San Diego writes:
California gardens are a different animal than anywhere else. Not much rain, but plenty of sun, and rarely a hint of frost to be feared.
So we can start planting at any time, harvest throughout the year, tear down and start over at will.
When we bought this place 17 years ago, the back yard was a mess. We rototilled and put down a sprinkler system, and planted a beautiful lawn. Then came the drought, limited (and expensive) water, and we turned off the irrigation and they returned to bare dust.
For the past year, my wife has been gardening the backyard – and we were able to host our youngest's graduation party there this week.
It's not where we want it to be yet, but it's getting close.
Also: good lighting is cheaper than fixing a good place – to hide stains.

Looks good, Jim. I had the same situation in my yard the grass and the lack of rain almost killed it. We tried sod, which ultimately failed, and now I'm doing my best to get Bermuda grass from the front to the back. It's a process, it's slow, but it's been making some progress. We added some seeds to the mix this year, and, again, it's slow, but progress is being made.

That's all I have for this Sunday. There is a college baseball game today. Hopefully, it's sunny where you are and you can throw the meat on the grill.
If you hit the grill, send it my way. I want to see your meat and anything else in my inbox, which is always open [email protected].
You can also follow me on Twitter again on Instagram if you would like. Feel free to DM.
