“I'd say the Summer House reunion was the 10 most intense reunions we've ever had,” Cohen, 58, said. Cohen even admitted that he “left” the reunion “really wasted,” despite the fact that he wasn't “there” in the same way as the cast of the hit TV series.
“I was just, you know, directing the conversation,” Cohen explained.
In March, news broke that Amanda's relationship with West had turned into love after Amanda and her estranged husband broke up. Kyle Cooke and West's former relationship with Amanda's former BFF, Ciara Miller.

Getty Images“This is not like a sex scandal. It was like dating,” West told Cohen in the official teaser for the three-part reunion, which gave fans a front-row seat to the pair's romantic downfall.
“For the past six years, I've been your f***ing champion,” Ciara told Amanda when they met. “I didn't realize that I would be sitting here upset that you were kicking out my ex.”
Despite the ongoing drama surrounding many of the cast, an insider spoke exclusively Us that the love between West and Amanda is growing stronger.
“West and Amanda are still dating,” the source said Us in May, revealing that “the actors don't think they'll be around much longer.”
“West took Amanda to meet her parents in May,” an insider said at the time. “So they take it seriously.”
On Friday, Cohen agreed Us that after a while, the couple's friendship-turned-relationship timeline becomes irrelevant after being discussed during an emotional reunion.
“The issue was betrayal and emotions and how it affected the team,” he explained. “And I think, for me, I think the main topic was how a lot of them were moved. Jesse Solomon – [he] you've spent the better part of the last 25 minutes [of the reunion] sitting there, really crying. He was very nervous so I think that was the emotion that really stood out to me.”
Despite the high profile, Cohen said Us he wasn't nervous getting ready to record.
“I felt its weight in the way I was,” he said. “I was lean, I was pumped, I was strong – I wasn't nervous. Sometimes I get nervous, you know, when I go in and I talk to Ciara before the Summer House reunion, and then I go in and I talk to West and Amanda. I get nervous about that a little bit, because it's intense.”
He continued, “It's intense, being in the meeting, if you had a regular season.
