Boston Blue Stars Real, Not Back Season 2 After Replay

Donnie Wahlberg's Boston Blue is coming back for a second season – so who's coming back and who's not coming back after the big recast?

Before Boston Blue, Blue Blood followed the life of the Reagan family, most of whom worked for the NYPD under the leadership of NYC Police Commissioner Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck). Frank's father, Henry Reagan (Le Cariou), was also the center of the show, along with Frank's children: daughter Erin Reagan (Bridget Moynahan) and sons Danny (Wahlberg) and Jamie Reagan (Will Estes).

The show aired from 2010 to 2024 before CBS announced the end. Wahlberg's character is at the center of the spinoff, which begins as a former NYPD officer takes a position with the Boston PD and is paired with detective Lena (Sonequa Martin-Green), the eldest daughter in a well-known legal family.

Despite keeping many details the same, Boston Blue he went through the changes there Mika Amonsen added characters like Sean, who was started by Andrew Terraciano. Boston Blue found success and was renewed after breaking CBS records.
