Staten Island Condo Owner Praises Pete Davidson as a Neighbor

The president of a Staten Island condo complex offered a rare insight into who Pete Davidson you are like a neighbor.

“He is the perfect neighbor. He was polite, kind to everyone,” Christopher Campbellpresident of the Accolade Condominium building at 90 Bay Street Landing, where Davidson lived for years, wrote a “thank you” letter of some kind, according to a report on Saturday, May 16, from local news source silive.com.

“He knows people want to talk to him, so he broke the ice,” Campbell continued in the report. “If he's in the elevator and he doesn't know that person, he's introducing himself, people just think of him as their neighbor.”

Campbell reportedly added, “When we were dating [Kim Kardashian]he would come here… and he thought about his neighbors, and he didn't want to have a group blocking the front entrance, so he would take the side door for the police. He used to bring his famous friends, so you never know who you will meet in the building. Miley Cyrus been here, Kid Kudi, Kelly machine gun.”

“On behalf of everyone at The Accolade Condominium, we want to extend our heartfelt best wishes as you begin your next chapter,” the thank-you note reportedly read in part. “It was truly a pleasure to have you as part of our community. You were the perfect neighbor, always friendly, approachable, and respectful to everyone around you. Your presence brought a special energy to our building, and we know many residents will fondly remember their association with you.”

The letter reportedly concluded, “We are especially grateful for your kind donation of an air hockey table in the community room. It has brought great joy to citizens of all ages and will remain a lasting reminder of your kindness and consideration.”
