Nearly two years after the pair's feud began, a settlement was reached ahead of their scheduled May trial date.
She sued Baldoni for sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, emotional abuse, invasion of privacy and lost wages in December 2024. Baldoni denies all of Lively's allegations — and was dismissed in January, though her lawsuit was later dismissed.
As part of her lawsuit, Lively alleged that Baldoni received “backhanded ways to criticize her body and weight” while filming. It ends with us.
“Lively was disappointed to learn that Mr. Baldoni called her personal trainer without her knowledge or consent, and said he wanted her to lose weight in two weeks,” the actress' lawyers said in her lawsuit.
