It was a sound leak heard around the world: On April 23, shortly after the casting of the Summer House filmed their much-anticipated reunion special in New York City, unauthorized filming of the set is rampant. In the clips, emotions were running high as the partners seemed to press on Amanda Batula again West Wilson of their shocking romance, which they announced in a joint statement on March 31. Batula broke up with costar Kyle Cooke in January after four years of marriage; Wilson is dating castmate — and Batula's best friend — Ciara Miller in 2023.
The bombshell leak sent shockwaves throughout the Bravoverse, as well as the executive producer Andy Cohen he immediately condemned the release of the Threads post, calling it “disgusting and illegal.” (On April 26, Bravo announced that it had closed its investigation after discovering that the footage had been distributed by someone in the production.)
Fans are now watching the 10th season of the hit reality series – which was filmed last summer – through a different lens, looking for clues that Batula, 34 (who was still married to Cooke, 43, at the time), and Wilson, 31 (who seems to be trying to rekindle things with Miller, 30, in recent episodes), at least connect with that direction – or direction. TikTok and Instagram are full of clips of romantic moments between the two; Bravo does Frances Berwick recently you were told The Ankler that “they tell the story in the purest, most authentic way we can as it happened last summer.”

A week later, they released a statement on Instagram saying it was not their intention to “hide anything on purpose” and that their newly developed relationship “was the last thing we all expected.”
The source says there are very few Summer House lovers think that love will last. “Amanda and West said it's serious and they're officially boyfriend and girlfriend, but no one would be surprised if it was a happy reunion now they have to take it seriously.”

The mood for the reunion, scheduled for parts beginning on May 26, was tense. “The boys were emotional most of the day [while] recording, many cried,” said the second source.” The first source tells Us leadership was difficult for all involved. “[It] it was traumatic and emotionally draining because they wanted to get answers and get on with it. The actors are free because they are behind them.”
There is a consensus among the cast that Batula and Wilson were not completely smitten when they first met. “Everyone is looking for real and direct answers,” explained a third source, “but there is a sense that parts of the story are still being held up or are being carefully finalized, which has made tensions worse.”
The actors look attractive to Team Miller. “The cast is crazy about West and Amanda because of the way they handled things during the meeting,” said a fourth source. Us. A third source says that the only person who has been in contact with Amanda is Kyle, and that “no one is talking to West.” In an interview with a street reporter Adam Glyn on April 1, Cooke said he was concerned about Batula's mental health. “You get bullied online,” she said. “I'm just sad, Amanda knows what she did was wrong and she's trying to accept it but it's not like that. Miller is doing “amazingly well,” the first source said. “He has his good days and his bad days, but he's not someone who sits quietly. He's not going to give that power to Amanda and West.” The fourth source tells the story Us that despite Miller keeping his head up, he's still “very hurt and angry” at the couple. “Ciara will never be their friend, especially after they met,” said a fourth source. “He wanted answers [about their relationship] meeting to make a decision, but in the end he has discovered who Amanda really is.”
He is still thinking about his next move. (Miller, who also appeared in season 3 of Traitorsis set to join season 35 of Dancing with the Stars this fall.) “Ciara only thinks about acting Dancing with the Stars and not return to Summer House to focus on the good in the next chapter of his life,” explained a fourth source: “If he's friends with West and Amanda, why is he going back? The first source says Miller doesn't think he “needs” Summer House and, “but he's sad because being on reality TV has given him so much. He has more opportunities than ever before coming to him, so he's deciding what makes sense for his future, and more importantly, his mental health.”
Summer House producers also need to decide what's next. Before the Batula-Wilson scandal, the plan was to eliminate Cooke, Batula and Hubbard as they went along In the city and “bringing in new faces that will fit in naturally with the remaining cast,” the first source said. But fans are now invested in the fall. (Season 10 is the best Summer House installment so far.) “Kyle and Amanda are still important as things unfold in real time. The producers know that people will be watching to see them, not newbies.”
A third source says the producers are exploring their options. Berwick said The Ankler that although he could not share anything about who is coming back, “If I had to put money on it, I would say Summer House it's coming back.” (Hamptons mansion owner there Summer House (he recorded the last five seasons and recently put the property on the market for $5.65 million.) Wilson has been in talks to do a spinoff with his friends in the Ozarks, but the first source says it's unclear “if that's moving forward.”
Whatever they decide, they will need to do it soon. “Recording Summer House it usually starts in two months,” said the first source.
