Kylie Jenner is being sued by 2nd goalkeeper for alleged abuse

Kylie Jenner sued by a second housekeeper who says he faced racial harassment, racial discrimination and more while he was an employee.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly Friday, May 1, Juana Delgado Soto started working part-time in or around May 2019. After three months, he accepted a full-time job.

While cleaning and maintaining Jenner's apartment, Soto objects The Kardashians star and other defendants “failed to provide adequate personnel, assistance or reasonable working conditions in the face of increasing and unreasonable demands.”

Over the years, Soto says he has voiced his concerns to management or those above him. In April 2025, Soto allegedly sent a letter to the founder of Kylie Cosmetics.

“After management's repeated failure to address her concerns, the plaintiff wrote a long letter to defendant Kylie Jenner detailing harassment, discrimination and retaliation and placed it on defendant Jenner's massage bed shortly before her massage,” said Soto's attorney in court papers. “The complainant expressed many things, but most importantly, 'I need to express how badly I have been mentally abused …' and 'I am really sorry for putting you through all these situations, I know you would not have allowed this to happen, if you had known.'

According to court documents, Soto was allegedly threatened with being fired the next day “and ordered to have no further contact with defendant Jenner.”

On August 6, 2025, Soto allegedly sent a text message saying, “I can't do this anymore, every day you guys hurt me, and I've bitten all my nails. … No matter what I did, no one helped me.”

“The appellant had no choice but to focus on his life and his constructive release,” court documents said. “The plaintiff has suffered and continues to suffer severe emotional distress, anxiety and mental distress.”

Soto is seeking an unspecified amount of punitive and compensatory damages. Us Weekly contacted Jenner's team for comment on the suit.

“I admire him for the courage to go public and demand accountability, I realize that taking the first step is often very difficult,” Soto's lawyer, Della Shakerhe told u Los Angeles Times.

Shaker also represents Angelica Hernandez Vasquezwho sued Jenner, 28, on April 17.

Vasquez said she was treated with “hostility and exclusion” by co-workers. He also alleged in court papers that he was “severely and extensively harassed” by other domestic workers. (Us previously reached out to Jenner's team for comment.)

“Our clients have come forward with serious allegations of labor law violations,” Shaker said in a statement. Us. “No one should have to choose between their salary and their reputation. We will continue to pursue this matter vigorously through due process of law, and we remain committed to protecting our customers at all times.”
