The 4-2-3-1 manager is now ready to say yes to the Chelsea job

Liam Rosenior's departure has forced Chelsea to recall recently.
The Blues have no choice but to ponder what could be under Enzo Maresca. Looking back at Jose Mourinho's days and wondering when their next 'Special One' will arrive. It also investigated the text during Maurizio Sarri's tenure.
The Italian won the Europa League with the West London club and did it in his own style. Now, nearly seven years after his departure, would it be such a bad thing if Chelsea got a new version of the 'Sarri-ball'?
Why Chelsea should look for a 'Sarri-ball' replay
Sarri's strategy was exciting; it was dangerous; it prioritized attacking football. It was everything today's Premier League lacks and that's why Chelsea need a replay now more than ever.
At a time when English football is threatening to slip back into its shell of pragmatism, the Blues must be bold and go with the grain. During Sarri's last season, there were clear attempts to change the way Chelsea set up.
N'Golo Kante became a striking player. That's a role no one would have imagined, but Sarri did. At that time, due to scarcity, quality of work became key. This resulted in an attacking team trying to balance the risk of opening up a chance to win. And more times than not, it worked.

When Sarri finally got into trouble at Stamford Bridge, with some worrying defensive numbers, Chelsea should look to someone like him to make a run again.
The Blues have been beaten by every team in the Premier League this season. It desperately needs to change and Andoni Iraola will do just that.
Chelsea's new Sarri
The first positive for those in West London is that Iraola is ready to accept the Chelsea job, according to Football Insider. Indeed, they reported a few days ago that the Spaniard will find it very difficult to refuse if he stays in England.
The second good thing is that his Bournemouth team is one of the best teams not in the Premier League.

Only three teams have pressed more successfully than Bournemouth this season. The Cherries committed 258 turnovers and had 47 shooting opportunities from those turnovers. Again, only three sides have had more.
Chelsea, on the other hand, ranked 10th in total turnovers, but still took 56 shots on turnovers. Which suggests that when the Blues are given license to press, they can do so effectively.
They cannot fall back on the excuse that Iraola's team simply had more time to press in a 4-2-3-1 where they could not control possession. Arsenal and Manchester City – the two top-flight teams – are ranked in the top five for results this season.
The foundations are in place for Iraola to thrive. The Spaniard will finally end Chelsea's dismal career, just like Sarri did during his reign.
A natural concern would be that Iraola's pressure could lead to some damaging results if the Blues don't get things right. He'll be quick to point out that it's all about behavior, though.
His Bournemouth side are seventh in the Premier League and only Leeds United have made a few mistakes that have led to relegation so far this season. In contrast, Chelsea are in 9th place.
There would be a lot of work for Iraola to do at Stamford Bridge and he would not be the first to be cut by BlueCo. On paper, however, he is everything Rosenior was not and will solve the Blues' biggest problem at the end.
