Trump is considering the Supreme Court's Citizenship Rights decision
President Donald Trump reacted to the Supreme Court's 5-4 decision in favor of birthright citizenship, suggesting that Congress could fix it. Constitutional lawyer Mark Smith, who was a Trump transition assistant, explains that the 14th Amendment guarantees the right to be a citizen if you are born in the US, even to illegal parents. He notes that stricter border enforcement under Trump could effectively reduce the issue of 'baby tourism'.

President Donald Trump has accused the US Supreme Court of costing the United States billions of dollars over rulings on tax and citizenship rights.
“Does anyone know how much Money and Fame the United States Supreme Court has cost our Nation with their negative decisions on Birthright Citizenship and TARIFFS?” asked on Wednesday Iqiniso Social post.
“The answer, MILLIONS AND LOCKS OF MONEY!” he added.

The Supreme Court ruled earlier this year that the International Emergencies Act (IEEPA) does not authorize the president to impose taxes.
The High Court later issued a ruling against the executive order that Trump issued last year against the right to be born as a citizen.

The 14th Amendment to the US Constitution states, in part, “All persons born or born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
Trump's law had declared, “It is the policy of the United States that no department or agency of the United States government shall issue documents recognizing the citizenship of the United States, or accept documents issued by the State, local, or other governments or authorities seeking to recognize the citizenship of the United States, to persons: (1) where the person's mother was unlawfully present in the United States and the person's father was not a lawful resident of the United States at the time of birth, or (2) where the presence of the person's mother in the United States was legal but temporary, and the person's father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of the person's birth.”
