All Manchester City Transfers Completed 2026/27

Manchester City enter the 2026/27 season under new management for the first time in a decade, with Enzo Maresca taking over from Pep Guardiola following his departure from the Etihad.

City missed out on the Premier League title to Arsenal last season but still secured a domestic double, although a slow Champions League exit to Real Madrid in the knockout stages will no longer be tolerated by fans or ownership.

Elliot Anderson he joined from Nottingham Forest for £116m, breaking Man City's transfer record in the process. The midfielder has started all of England's matches at the World Cup and comes to work with Rodri in Maresca's midfield.

Mathys Detourbet again Jeremy Monga both arrived as attacking additions for the future, joining Troyes and Leicester City respectively for £21.5m and £12m. Detourbet has already been sent on loan to Monaco to further his development.

Pierce Charles completes a £3m move from Sheffield Wednesday and has also been offered a temporary exit from QPR.

Man City Moves 2026/27

Bernardo Silva again John Stones both left the Etihad on free transfers as Guardiola's tenure came to an end, with Silva joining Real Madrid.

Nathan Ake He's gone again, moving to Fenerbahce for £7m after the successive arrivals of Rayan Aït-Nouri and Abdukodir Khusanov fell through.

Manuel Akanji completed a permanent £13m move to Inter Milan after impressing on loan in Serie A. Reagan Heskey again Jahmai Simpson-Pusey both joined Koln, for £8m and £4.65m respectively.

Sverre Nypanconsidered to be one of the team's brightest young players, he joined Belgian side Lommel on loan.
