How to watch the Genesis Scottish Open on Thursday
Rory McIlroy is hoping that this week's Genesis Scottish Open will see him take another victory, while also helping him prepare for next week's Open Championship at Royal Birkdale.
McIlroy only has one win on the season so far, but it was a big one. He won his second straight Masters title at Augusta National in April, pushing his career total to six. Before he tries to add a seventh major win and a second Open title next week, the World No. 2 is hoping to add a second Scottish Open trophy to his trophy case.
While he has only played nine PGA Tour events in 2026, he still has two more top 10 finishes to go along with his Masters victory.
But with the tournament being played in Scotland, you'll need to get up early to watch McIlroy play on Thursday.
McIlroy tees off in the opening round Thursday morning at 3:28 a.m. ET along with Robert MacIntyre and Chris Gotterup.
