Aston Villa's last minute plot to hijack Leeds
After Leeds avoided relegation for the first time at the Premier League last season, they have ambitions of their own. Daniel Farke has received support from the 49ers and his first signing of the summer could be on the way.
According to The Athletic, Leeds have held “excellent” talks with Harry Wilson as he looks towards the exit door as a free agent at Fulham. It would be easy to assume that the Yorkshire club are heading towards a deal, but Villa would have something to say about that.
As reported by SportsBoom, Aston Villa are now planning a last ditch effort to sign Wilson ahead of Leeds. Although the Welshman remains on track to become a free agent, the Villans still have a chance.
