Everyone's favorite medical drama, Grey's Anatomy is getting a spinoff — and this time, it'll be set in the dusty, rugged terrain of cowboy country.
The show's broadcaster, ABC, has announced that it has greenlit the currently untitled series, which is expected to premiere in the 2026-2027 broadcast season.
