Arsenal have learned the Premier League star's price tag after Berta was contacted by agents

Declan Rice has doubled down on Mikel Arteta's anger by insisting Arsenal should have been awarded a “clear” spot-kick – and said the referee at the center of the dispute was “pissed off” to change his mind at the brutal Atletico Madrid fans.
Arteta was incandescent after his side were held to a 1-1 draw in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final in the Spanish capital after Danny Makkelie wasted his own decision to award the visitors a late penalty when Eberechi Eze was stopped.
Under Diego Simeone's bright lights, and 70,000 Atleti fans booing, Dutch referee Makkelie watched the incident 13 times before overturning his on-field decision.
And reflecting on the controversy, Rice said: “It's a clear penalty, and I don't know how that's given.”
“I think the fans were offended by this decision and changed the referee's mind.
“UEFA is completely different (from the Premier League). In both boxes, you have to be very careful because they give everything.”
Two VAR interventions worked against Arsenal after Ben White was adjudged to have handled Marcos Llorente's volley – which Julian Alvarez duly converted from the spot to cancel out Viktor Gyokeres' first-ever goal, also a penalty.
And Rice, who was talking to Stan Sport, felt that White was unlucky.
He went on to say: “When I look at it, I think that if that is not given in the Premier League because it is too low, the ball does not come out of the target.
“In the Champions League, the referees are quick to make decisions, blow the whistle, and there's not much you can do about it. I think they will punish you a lot in the European competitions. But it doesn't matter. We move on to next week and we want to beat them.”
Despite the controversial clash, Arsenal still hope home advantage on Tuesday can propel them to their first Champions League final since 2006, and a win in Budapest would make the Gunners a more attractive proposition for summer transfer targets.

Arsenal have learned Tonali's price tag after agent talks
Speaking on his YouTube channel, Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Arsenal are “interested” in Newcastle midfielder Sandro Tonali.
The Gunners have yet to be active in the race for his signature, however both Manchester clubs are in the running as well as several teams in Italy.
The Serie A champions will be bought for a price this summer, however, with Romano revealing that Newcastle will want a fee of around €110m (£95m), the kind of spending that is reserved for English sides.
Tonali, meanwhile, wants to move to the Premier League instead of abroad, and his agents have already held talks with Arsenal sporting director Andrea Berta, offering his services to the Gunners in February.
The 25-year-old, who has made 32 appearances for Italy, has scored three times for Newcastle in all competitions this season.
